  3. Hello @Bruttow. Great to have you and your friends interested in our wonderful game. At the moment, we only have 2 PvP tiers called Ranked and Unranked. Ranked mostly resembles Gen 7 OU. However, we have our own unique metagame that deviates from smogon/showdown. Since there is no UU or other tiers, you can use pretty much anything—low tier and high tier. But, please make sure to familiarize yourself with the ranked PvP rules to avoid any mishaps. Unranked is where you can do anything. There are no restrictions, but you may find a harder time finding a match. Double battles are not implemented. There is no news on whether they will be implemented or not. Hopefully this answers all your questions. If you have more, please let me know.
  4. Hello @LadyGlitterfart. Apologies for the late reply. After consulting with the Content Scripters, we could not determine what went wrong with such limited information. In addition to that, resetting your boss cooldown for Gamers Pewdie & Diepy would be unfair to players who have been previously denied. Thus, we will not be doing so. It is an incredibly unfortunate situation to be in, but please try to understand.

  6. Hello @linkaros. Apologies for the late reply. Lycanroc-Midnight is not able to learn Close Combat in generation 7, which is what PRO follows. It gets Close Combat in generation 8. As for Sucker Punch, it learns it from the Egg Move tutor. Can you show me a picture of what it says when you take it to the Egg Move tutor?

  11. Hello @TeoFX. It is a very unfortunate situation to be in. However, the tradable PvE shop items are announced every month in the official PRO Discord server. We can't punish the other user for not knowing it wasn't tradable this month. As I said before, since it has been denied in the past, it would be unfair to make an exception. Forcing a trade would be unfair to previous players who made the same mistake and were denied. Please try to understand.

  13. Hello @TeoFX. Apologies for the late reply. Since this type of request has been denied in the past, it would be unfair to those players to grant your request. So, unfortunately, we will not be reverting your purchase. As Norex mentioned, each month there are a select few PvE shop items that are made tradable. You can wait until the Altaria Mount is tradable, then sell it. Alternatively, you can exchange it with the Item Buyer in Celadon Department Store for half the original price, meaning you would receive 125 PvE Coins in return. Hopefully you can understand.

  15. Hello @Volk93. Apologies for the late reply. In order to dig through the caves with a Shovel, you will need to have interacted with both sides of a cave. In addition to this, you will need the 3rd badge, of the region you are in, to be able to use Dig outside of battle.

  17. Hello @Buniq. Apologies for the inconvenience. Could you try to open the console with F2, type "clean reg", and hit enter? Additionally, you can click the "resync" button every time you encounter this. The resync button is a small circle on the bottom left of your screen with a swirling arrow icon.
  18. Hello @seagulll. Apologies for the late reply. Reverting your Manaphy's IVs or returning your Reroll Ticket would be unfair to players who have been denied in the past. We certainly understand mistakes happen, but the interface asks you if you would like to use the Reroll Ticket or keep the original IVs. Due to these reasons, we will not be reverting your Manaphy's IVs or returning your Reroll Ticket. Although it is very unfortunate, we cannot assist you any further. Hopefully you can understand.
  19. Hello @nhthanh1999. Apologies for the late reply. Those battles are only done in order to obtain the seen data of the legendary Pokémon. If you already have the seen data, then you will not be required to fight them. So, you can continue the quest normally. However, you must unlock the Moon. You can do this by speaking with Professor Birch in Littleroot Town. If at any point, you are having issues with the quest, take a look at this guide. If you have further questions or another issue, please let me know.

An entire month went by before you reported it. This was very clearly not a mistake; thus, we will not be refunding it. Hopefully you can understand.
