Hello @Kalliskivi. My apologies for the late response. This is simply an issue of latency with the Trainer Card. The coins are given, but it takes some time for the Trainer Card to properly display the new amount. There are two solutions to this, either wait a few minutes for the change to happen, or logout and log back in to force the change. Hope that clears things up. In order to evolve your Sneasel, you will need to use a Mysterious Candy on it while it hold the Razor Claw item and while it is nighttime in-game, which is from the Poketime of 20:00 to 3:59. You can purchase a Mysterious Candy from any Department Store, PvE Shop, or PvP Shop for 5,000 pokedollars, 2 PvE Coins, or 1 PvP Coin, respectively. I hope this helps you out. Hello @Sascha21. My apologies for the late response. When you remove the clothes or accessories your character is wearing, they are sent to the Customizations tab in your inventory. If you open your inventory, you can find them there. By clicking them within your inventory, they will be placed onto your character. Hope that clears things up. Hello @Smr12. My apologies for the delayed response. This happens when your antivirus deletes files needed to open the client. To solve this, you can either temporarily disable your antivirus and launch the game or add PRO to your antivirus' whitelist. Either of the two options should solve the issue and let you launch and play the game. Let me know if you manage to resolve it or if you continue to have issues.

Hello @Onelast. Sorry for the late response. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to revert what has happened. However, you can take your Oddish to a Move Relearner to re-teach your Oddish Mega Drain. In Kanto, you can find the Move Relearners in Cerulean City and in Saffron City. They will charge you 2,000 per move you relearn. Hope that clears things up. If you have another question, please let me know.

Hello @Marcosdm1771996. Sorry for the late response. Snorlax can learn the move Curse via the Egg Move tutor found within every daycare. To unlock the Daycares, you will first need to defeat Naero boss inside Cerulean Cave in any difficulty. Once unlocked, you can enter the daycares and speak with the man behind the desk and he will offer to teach your Pokémon Egg Moves, or, in other words, moves they'd normally learn through breeding, at a price of 15k per move. Hello @Danialnell. My apologies for the late response. I notice you have still not been able to evolve your Buneary. Can you try making it faint against a wild Pokémon, then maxing out its happiness again? If that does not work, try having it faint against a wild Pokémon, then close your client, relaunch it, and max it out again. If neither of those work, please let me know.

I can see how it is confusing, but the two maps are there for the quest. Sometimes, a quest requires two identical maps, one which becomes unavailable when the quest is complete, after completing a certain part of a quest, or can only be accessed one time during the quest. There are many Pokémon that only some people have as they were exclusive to previous limited timed events, such as Wooloo, Falinks, Guzzlord, etc. Exclusive Pokémon, items or skins are a part of the game and will likely remain that way.
