  4. Hello @Gumbinoash. My apologies for the late response. What you are describing is intended. Since event islands are counted as Kanto, any Pokémon caught on them are also considered Kanto. So, if you return to another region, in your case Johto, in which you have not yet received the 8th gym badge, it will be region locked since the player does not meet the requirements to use Pokémon from the previous region yet. However, in the rare cases this does happen, Staff are able to assist players by removing these region-locked Pokémon from their party and into their PC. For those requests, please use the Pokémon Stuck in Party megathread. Hope that clarifies things. If you have further questions, please let me know.
  5. As stated, you purchased a Reroll Ticket(IV), not a Nature Reroll Ticket. There is no history of you purchasing a Nature Reroll Ticket from any PvE Shop, so we cannot restore or refund that. You've since traded away both Reroll Tickets, so even if that were a mistake, we cannot restore that either, since it is no longer in your possession.
  6. Hello, It may be that you've already started the quest, so Paul is currently not there. Try going to Oldale Town and/or Littleroot Town and see if you spot any Team Galactic members. If you do, that means you have already started the quest, but have not finished it. Here is a guide, should you need one. Let me know if this solves it or if you have any further questions

  12. Hello @Verankass. Unfortunately, this is just a case of bad luck. Though the percentage of sync working is about half, it doesn't exactly mean you will find 50/50 synced and not synced. Think of it like flipping a coin, you could flip it and get tails and flip it again and get tails, despite there only being two options, in our case it's synced and not synced. As for specifically getting Brave several times in a row, that is again just pure rng. Also keep in mind, we aren't taking into consideration the Pokémon which aren't caught. Since you flee from these, it warps the stats of what is actually synced and makes it seem as though it's not working. But, there is no bug, though I understand why it may feel like that sometimes. Just remember to take breaks in-between hunting sessions to alleviate the frustration and stress of hunting. Let me know if you have any further questions.

  18. Hello @Gralak21. My apologies for the late response. According to our records, you purchased a Reroll Ticket from the PvE Shop on the 7th of October. There is no history of you purchasing a Nature Reroll Ticket in recent times. I believe you are misremembering what you purchased or made a mistake while buying it. Hope that clears things up.   20. Hello @Da1. My apologies for the late response. Could you try going to the Bell Tower in Ecruteak City and making the Legendary Beasts on the 2nd floor flee? After doing that, you should be able to find Suicine at Tohjo Falls and get the seen data to continue the quest. Please let me know if this solved the issue or not.
  21. Hello @Afnan2997. My apologies for the late response. According to our database, there is no history of you ever starting the Blastoisinite quest. The only Kanto starter quest you have started is the Charizardite Y quest, which you have completed. Our database shows that at this stage, you need to show a Kanto starter to begin either the Blastoisinite quest or the Venusaurite quest. If you have further questions, please let me know.
  22. Hello @Elstronga. My apologies for the late response. Though you were not able to catch Darkrai, there is a way to earn another chance. All you have to do is defeat Horon in Dark Valley without a single Pokémon in your party fainting. You can find Dark Valley just north of Necropolis. If you have any further questions, please let me know.

  24. Hello @Goatred. Sorry you lost your chance at catching Darkrai, but worry not, for there is a way to get another chance. You simply need to defeat Horon boss in Dark Valley without having a single Pokémon of yours faint during the battle. Dark Valley is situated to the north of Necropolis. Hope this helps.   25. Hello @Ryunaa. Unfortunately, this is a rather common bug, but there is an easy way to fix it. Sadly, the way to fix it requires the contest to be inactive, so that means you won't be able to participate further in this week's contest. To fix it, come back to the Expert Fisherman NPC when the contest is NOT active and speak with him. That should reset it and you will be able to participate again in next week's competition. Sorry we can't provide an immediate relief, but that is the most we can do.
