Yes you can mega evolve it. As long as you have the Mega stone for the Pokémon, it does not matter where or when you got it.

Hello @johnny285. With the purchase of the daily pass, you are allowed to freely leave and enter any of the safari zones. You can go buy more Pokeballs and return to the safari without being charged the entry fee.

Several players have had similar issues and they have been solved by using a VPN. Can you try to use one and see if it solves your issue?

No, the coins on Silver would transfer to Gold if you transfer servers. Since you placed 2nd on Silver for the May season, the coins were added there. However, I will see if the coins can be placed on your Gold account. I cannot promise anything, but I will try. It may very well be that since you did, in fact, place 2nd on Silver, that the coins should remain on Silver.
