Unfortunately, we have no way of proving you received a Choice Scarf from the Item Recycler and that you then lost it. We suspect there was a rollback of sorts to before you had obtained the Choice Scarf, so when you logged back into the game, it was as if you never received it. Regrettably, there is no further assistance we can provide you with. Though this may be disappointing, please try to understand.

Hello @Paprikaflow. Apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we cannot restore the Bulbasaur or your PvE Coins. Since the Bulbasaur was not caught, there is no restoration that can be done. Server connection issues have been mentioned countless times over the past weeks. We have advised against doing something that could be lost to a crash. Though this may be disappointing, please try to understand.

In that case, it was most likely just a visual glitch. However, if you continue to encounter this regularly, don't hesitate to make another post about it.

Hello @Eri. Apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, you will have to wait for the cooldown to finish. We cannot reset the cooldown for you. Doing so would be unfair to previous users who were denied. Furthermore, it has been announced several times that the servers are experiencing connection issues and that we do not recommend doing anything that can be lost to a crash. Though this may be a disappointing response, please try to understand.

After our investigation, we have concluded that Compound Eyes is not affecting non-damaging moves, which is not intended. There may not be an immediate fix. This is due to more pressing matters, such as the server connection issues.

Hello @SilverEnd. Apologies for the delay. It looks like you are incorrectly inputting the commands. In order to invite someone to a private channel, you will need to use the command /cginvite channelname, username. So in your case, simply add a comma after Inferno and it should work. Hello @silverofx. Apologies for the late response. In order to have a guaranteed chance of spawning Entei, you must defeat the Entei Guardian 3 times after you've obtained the Lava Bell. Was this the third time you defeated the Entei Guardian after obtaining the Lava Bell?

Hello @Kandisapfel. Apologies for the inconvenience. Can you try lowering the happiness of your Charmander and leveling it up once more? You can lower its happiness by having it faint, which will lower it by 5 points, or by trading it, which will reset it to 70. Furthermore, you can forcefully evolve your Charmander by feeding it a Mysterious Candy. However, this will require it to be level 100 first.

Hello @Kingpinoo7. Apologies for the inconvenience. Could you try deleting all your PRO files (including the ones in the Recycle Bin) and redownload them? After this, when you launch the game hit the F2 key to open the console and type in clean reg and enter. If you are still experiencing this issue after doing the aforementioned steps, please let me know.

These pair of waterfalls are not scalable; meaning you cannot climb them, even with the necessary requirements to use Waterfall outside of battle. In order to reach the item atop the waterfall, you must use the stairs on the bottom right of the map, cross the bridges, reach the water, and surf to the item.
