This is a small guide to show you how to react to bugs/problems with the patcher. Error report and the information you should provide You should always provide following information: Patch version. This can be found in the F2 console. A screenshot is enough. Windows version. Always specify your Windows version. Folder path. Always tell us the folder path where the unpacked game is located. The client closes with the message Closing Client, but does not open the patcher This can have several causes. First of all, you should check if you have .NET Framework 4.0 or higher installed. If this is the case and it still does not work, please do the following: Go to the folder C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Temp\ (Replace YourUsername with your Windows username). Find a folder that starts with PRO_ and open it. If you have more than one, open the latest one. Start the ClientPatcher.exe. You should get an error message now. Should this be enough for you to fix it yourself, please do it. If not, create a forum post in General Support with the error message. Something went very wrong If you receive this error message, the patcher should create a patcherError.txt in your game folder. The error message should be in the same language as your Windows. Open the patcherError.txt with a text editor. The Windows editor should be sufficient, if you have no alternative installed. If there's an Access denied error message, deactivate your anti-virus program and try it again. Please inform us about the client version (32- or 64-bit) and antivirus program you are using, even if you are able to fix it. If it still does not work or there is another error message: Create a forum post in General Support with the full content of your patcherError.txt. Failed to load IL2CPP Failed to load IL2CPP or UnityPlayer.dll was not found is in pretty much all cases related to your antivirus program. It means your antivirus program locked or deleted files in your PRO folder. The easiest way to fix it is a redownload and to whitelist the previously missing files in your antivirus program. Antivirus programs might have a false-positive cause some of the game files are encrypted and not readable for them. This isn't something to worry about if you downloaded the client from our official website and not from a third-party website. To fix this you have to do following steps: Delete your current client. Deactivate your anti-virus program. Download the client again. Put the previously missing files in your antivirus whitelist. Activate your anti-virus program. Start your PROClient.exe. PROClient crashes all the time It doesn't really belong in here as it's no patcher problem but as this happens a lot after patches due to Unity updates I'll add it regardless. This might not help in all cases but proved to help in most cases: Create a shortcut for the PRO.exe and name it whatever you wish. Right click your shortcut and go to properties. After you got there you will find a textbox that says Target and then the location of the PRO.exe. Now type -force-glcore. (Add a space between .exe and -force) Hit Apply, and then run the shortcut you created.

In near future there will be a significant PVP update. My full concentration is set on this right now, which is why there will probably less updates in the next time. For this PRO needs a new Battle UI, because the current one is missing a few features. There are already staff members who work on it, but as their specialty lies in other areas, I want to give everyone the possibility to participate. That's why I make a small event out of it. Everyone is allowed to create a new Battle UI and the Battle UI that will be taken over will be royally rewarded. The one gets a non-tradable shiny of your choice. The nature can be chosen, the IVs and ability will be generated randomly. The Pokemon must be catchable by everyone. The following things have to be added in the new Battle UI: - Enough space for 2v2 and 3v3 fights. - Buttons for Megas, Z-Moves and Cancel a move. - Some kind of battle log should be included as well. - Every current element (items, run away, moves, switch Pokemon) should be included obviously. - An option to show boost and effects (SPD x 1,5, Paralyzed, Taunted etc.) would be great. - Weather and room effects as well as their turn count. You do not have to stick to the current design. You can change it completely, even make it full screen mode. That is completely up to you. Please note, that if we take non of the submitted designs, there will be no winner at all. You have 30 days (Janurary 15th, 11:59 PM GMT+0) to submit a battle UI. The time might be extended if there's no usable design till then. This post will be unlocked in 2 weeks on December 30th, please post your battle UIs in here. Do not make any unrelated posts here. Please only post the final UI in here. The winner has to submit the final design, all UI elements and has to give PRO the permission to use it. Good luck to every participant.

Do you have any kind of error log or an error message in the client?

You probably put it directly on a disk (C: or D: for example). Currently it has to be in a folder. I am aware of this limitation and currently work on it. If that's not the case please copy your full folder path and post it here.

This bug was due to a mistake I made in the db and has nothing to do with script bugs. Next time use the correct subforum please. So it's easier for me to find it.

Yeah, that's cause you used your developer account on your iOS devices and created developer builds but this won't work for other users. Sadly not that easy otherwise we already would have done it.

Many mounts looks really bad with a speed of 8 (old Kyogre speed). That's why we decided to go with 6 (25 % slower than Kyogres old speed, but 25 % faster than the old speed of all other mounts except Jetskis). This was decided so people don't feel forced to use certain mounts just cause they are faster. This way they can choose whatever mount they like the most.
