Changelog 19.02.2019: PVP timer shows the remaining time now. Hovering the moves in battle shows a move description now. Changelog 21.02.2019: Pokemon in team and box have shiny sprites now. Badges in Trainer Card have a tooltip now. Android-only Comfort-feature: On many non-dragable fields it will show the tooltips now if you click on it and hold it without actually clicking. World Map, move descriptions in-fight and in Pokemon card, Pokedex graph, Pokedex areas, Held items and more, items in inventory excluded. [*]Added a few things for the world quest. Changelog 01.04.2019: Updates that might be interesting for users Minimum happiness changed from 5 to 0. Reworked PM code from scratch. [icode]/pm User[/icode] and [icode]/pm User1,User2[/icode] work now. Trainer battles are not skippable anymore. Relogging while being in range of an NPC will not skip the NPC anymore. If you encounter a wild Pokemon while being in range of an NPC the NPC waits for you to finish the wild battle and fight you then. [*]Reworked context menu from scratch. Message is now the first option in the context menu. Added confirmation windows for friend request, guild invite and guild kick in context menu. Officers also have Invite to guild in their context menu now. This might sound not that interesting for many users but you can drag and drop the context menu now and the client saves the distance from your mouse and the context menu. This is to prevent the context menu being broken for users that use the GUI-scaling. You might need a bit time to get used to it. [*]Popups for Cut, Rock Smash and Surf were maximized to one to prevent spaming your client. [*]Added Swear Filter to Game Options. [*]In-game shops have a preview window now. [*]Added OK button in options. Apply applies without closing options while OK applies and closes the options. [*]The confirmation window when you try to run away from a shiny/form Pokemon was removed, instead of that you get a notifcation at battle start. You cannot continue the battle before closing the notification. [*]Comfort-feature: You can move your hand/mouse to move your character now in different directions. This means you don't have to click again to change from right to up, you just need to move your hand/mouse. Probably not as interesting for users Updated the build tools, Python and Unity to the latest versions. Line of sight was completely reworked from scratch. Staff-commands in context menu reworked from scratch. Reworked message box from scratch. Reuse script threads via thread pool. Fixed jump animation. Fixed footsteps for other players and NPCs. They were shown wrongly. Added missing sand tiles in footstep list. The bug were you had Forget in your move list while learning a new move is fixed now. NPCs that don't run in a circle don't bug anymore, they run the same way back they came. This means they won't run diagonally across the map. [*]After you clicked F2, enter was kinda bugged and didn't go in the chat, that's fixed now. [*][icode]/me[/icode] works in guild-chat now. [*]Scripters can set shiny Pokemon sprites now. [*]Scripters can give Pokemon sprites names now. [*]Scripters can set and/or change NPC movespeeds now. [*]All mega form sprites are added now, good job to our Artists. [*]Many other small fixes and code optimizations that aren't really worth to be mentioned.5 points

Please try to not comment too much on the auction thread and keep respecting each other in your posts. The seller has the right to put any price he wants on the pokemon he is selling, whether you find it expensive or not, if you don't like the price nobody forces you to buy it. The messages on this thread should be mainly about the offers, try to keep it that way. Good luck bidding.3 points

@DarthGuindillit You have no right to cancel your offer, do not spread lies and misleads about the rules, cause next time you will receive a punishment. @ExoJhay222 Instead of commenting here you could just click the report function and Staff would came here to handle it. @Gypsie I am waiting you to update this thread and inform me who is the winner, as long as, posting all evidence needed. Punishment will be issued in any other case. Thanks for your attention. Kind regards, Logan1 point

Hi @Jeque I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunantely, we are unable to de-evolve pokemon due to technical restraints. The only thing we can do is delevelling them or recover if they have been released due to a mistake. Quoting our EVOLUTION & DELEVELING MEGATHREAD: Also, unfortunately i cannot give you another Pokémon as this would be unfair towards all the other players that experienced a similar issue and accepted the fact we do not de-evolve or gift pokemon. I'm really sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you can understand. Let me know if you have any further questions, have a wonderful day !1 point

In-Game Name: ThatKid Discord Tag: Yami#5980 Server: Silver Server How often do you use Discord? Atleast once a day What is one suggestion you have for PRO Discord? Pro Discord needs a new role called TherapyMod for those times when the server goes down and the players suffer mentally.1 point

Before you jump into PVP matches, make sure you have at least a good grasp on: Types - how each type interacts with each other, what's super-effective, neutral or ineffective against what; Base stats - the six stats each of your Pokémon have, and what roles they'd be better at fulfilling; Battle stats - possible stage increases and decreases on one or more of those base stats, that only last during the battle they're applied on, and that can be either self-inflicted (Swords Dance, Withdraw, Nasty Plot, Amnesia), inflicted by/on your opponent (Growl, Tail Whip, Sweet Scent) or activated by held items (Petaya Berry, Salac Berry, Apicot Berry); Abilities - special skills that your Pokémon inherently possesses, what activates them, when do they activate, how to use them to your favor - note that while a species may have access to more than one ability, a Pokémon may only have one ability as its own; Natures - each Pokémon has a different nature, that either increases one stat by 10% while reducing another by 10% (Adamant is +Atk - Sp Atk, Timid is +Spd - Atk), or is neutral and doesn't alter any stats at all (Hardy, Serious); Effort Values (EVs) - points your Pokémon earns that add to their stats, most commonly by battling (each Pokémon yields a different number: defeating a Magikarp yields 1 Speed EV, while defeating a Chansey yields 2 HP EVs), but they're also attainable with the use of specific consumables for each stat (Protein, Zinc, Calcium). A Pokémon starts with 0 EVs, and you can attribute a max of 252 EV points to a stat, with a limit of 510 overall (only 508 being actually usable) - EV gains can be amplified with the use of Power items (they all cut your in-battle speed by half, but increase EV gain, like how Macho Brace doubles EVs gained after a battle while every other Power item - Bracer, Anklet, Weight, etc - gives you +8 on their specific EV); Individual Values (IVs) - fixed hidden values that affect each of your Pokemon's base stats separately, randomly assigned from 1 to 31 - these are defined when you catch a Pokémon, and cannot be changed; Teambuilding Movesets - what's worth having on your team, choosing between physical and special moves, damaging or non-damaging/utility moves, and so forth; Secondary Move Effects - if and what are the potential secondary effects of your moves, and who's affected by them (Leaf Storm decreasing your Sp Atk in two stages, Dynamicpunch confusing your opponent upon connecting, Waterfall may flinch upon contact); Roles - what position each Pokémon on your team occupies, whether it's better suited to be a sweeper, a cleric, a tank, a lead, a revenge-killer, and so on; Weaknesses - not only the type weaknesses your team has, but also type matchups that your team struggles to deal with (like having too many Pokémon being weak to Ground types, or being unable to deal with threats like say a Garchomp or a Forretress); Counterplaying - applying your knowledge on your team's strongest and weakest features in order to maximize the former and minimizing the latter, having different ways to deal with multiple/common threats, not relying on a single strategy to win all matches, adapting to the flow of each battle; Held Items - understanding the different held items and their uses, if they need activation before being used (pinch berries, for example), and what secondary effects they may carry (Life Orb dealing recoil damage, Black Sludge healing only Poison types, etc); Battling STAB - an acronym for Same Type Attack Bonus, a 50% damage boost of an attack when it is the same type as one of the types of the Pokémon using the attack, and whether it's better to use a STAB move versus a super-effective, non-STAB one; Status conditions - ailments that affect your Pokémon's performance in-battle, their effects (Burn cutting your physical damage dealt in half, Paralysis reduces Speed and has a 25% chance of making it unable to move for that turn, etc), and whether they're non-volatile (remains outside of battle and after being switched out - Burn, Poison, Freeze, etc), volatile (inflicted by a move or ability from another Pokémon and wears off when switched out of battle or when a battle is over - being binded, Confusion, Cursed, etc), or while a Pokémon is in battle; Prediction - trying to make intelligent guessing based on collected experience and information throughout the battle, and taking moves in advance of expecting your opponent to make a certain play; Setup - moves that buff your Pokémon's stats (Quiver Dance, Calm Mind, Nasty Plot, etc), and spotting ideal moments/opportunities with using them during the battle; Entry Hazards - status moves that alter the battlefield and interact with Pokémon switching in/entering after those were set, either by dealing damage (Stealth Rock, Spikes), spreading status conditions (Toxic Spikes) or reducing stats (Sticky Web), as well as how to get rid of them (Defog, Rapid Spin) and if your team needs either of them. Although this is an extensive list and some may argue that it covers things that someone who's just beginning on the PVP world shouldn't worry about yet, I believe this is a good starting place for a solid foundation that'll serve you for many battles and seasons to come. Have fun on the competitive world!1 point
