Hi there everyone ! First of all I would like to clarify the fact that we appreciate that people dedicate their time to find new ideas to forward in order to make the game better, we truly do as it means that you truly care about the game. It is good to point out that not every idea is necessarily a good one and not every idea can be developed due to technical restraints. Another good point to make is that if the major part of the community agree on a specific idea, it doesn't mean as well that it's a good one or one that can improve the game somehow. To make an example, I am pretty sure that if I would say something like <<"Do you wants a free shiny mega charizard 6x31?">> then 85/90+% of the people would vote yes to have it. But would it make the game beetter? Absolutely not, it would do the total opposite and create problems. Unfortunately, this reroll idea is not actually something that we will ever implement in the game, in this exact way, as this would be pretty much unbalanced to make them so easy to be obtained by everyone. Do not misunderstand me, WE DON'T WANT TO GIVE IT TO EVERYONE (like it would be in this way), but we WE WANT TO GIVE THE CHANCE TO EVERYONE TO OBTAIN IT. These kind of reroll are sort of special, and exactly due to that we have decided to make them obtainable in a special way that doesn't include the standard PVP/PVE coins. We do in fact think that these kind of reroll should be earned, and we do have in fact thought about make them obtainable in the following ways: Ladder Tournament & Special Tournaments - Starting from the next tournament they will be available as a Prize for the Ladder Tournament (still thinking about how to distribute them). For PVPers in specific, Tournaments should be the correct way to obtain them as we want to create a competitive atmosphere around them. Special Events held during the Year They won't be tradeable and will be locked and usable only your account who won it (therefore cannot be transferred or used on any alt), within 30 days since it was obtained. Lowering the price of Reroll Ticket Regarding this, we currently do not have in plan to lower the price of them (specially so much as suggested) as it would pretty much have a negative impact on our economy, which is something we are hard working on it since we had reached a point where a single CC were costing like 200-210k, and that was honestly horrible. Despite that, in case we should make any change in the future, we'll make sure to announce it. -[/hr] Staff Reward (It's long, so read only if interested about staff rewards discussion) It is good to clarify in the first place that the amount of time needed to obtain a pokemon-staff reward is 6 months of good activity. I specified good activity for the simple reason that to receive these rewards not only you have to be a part of the staff, but your activity must meet specific requirements of activity/behaviour and not only. Unfortunately, it is really really hard to give a real idea of how much time a staff member work, since most of the time this is not really visible to everyone in the community. There are people that used to play on their players 4-5 hours per day, and after they joined staff they barely have time to play 1 hour (if lucky) per day or less, to give an idea. I will make the example of myself, that obtained around 650 hours of activity on my player (Keita) around Summer 2018 in 2-3 months and that now, after 17 months of staff activity have 680 hours of playtime, to give an example. I am making this example cause it's the easier for me, but the same goes for many many many other staff member that can confirm you that. You would say: "Ok, but doing that is your choice, isn't it?" Yes, taking this path is indeed our choice, but it is good to point out that if we, and the people that were here before us, would have not taken this path, then the game would still be in a really really raw state for what regard content (no regions, no quests, no legendaries, no cosmetics/mounts, etc) and at the same time the community would be pretty much destroyed by toxicity (which harm the game community) not being punished, economy being destroyed by botters and rmt, scamming cases not handled, etc. We don't get paid for our staff duties, but there are people that literally dedicate 6+ hours per day (some people also dedicate 10+ per day) into them just in order to improve the game and in general make sure the community is enjoying it. Also looking into the last year ladders, I can see that as well that there are some players having Pokemon being 3x31 (or 2x31, 1x30) and the rest 25+. They are regular players but their pokemon are really similar to the staff one. I also think that some pokemon benefit from more stats than others or that does not benefit from some of them at all. For example if a Chansey has 31 ATK or 2ATK, it changes absolutely nothing. The same goes for Breloom and SP ATK. Same goes for some legendary such as heatran that does not benefit from ATK at all. So I think it's better to focus on the MAIN STAT of a pokemon. With a quick search (literally few seconds) I can see that there are like 15+ Chansey (non staff or former staff) that have 30+ IV in HP/DEF/SPDEF. This mean that there are 10+ Chansey that have like 30 def, 30 hp, 30 spdef or higher (Correct nature/ability and usable in pvp). I am sure there are way more that with a deep research would come out (I am not a DEV so cannot run query). Should we ban them? No, we shouldn't. Same goes for legendaries, they are obviously more rare than normal Pokemon but I can assure that there are people having them with really realy high main stats (3x30 or similar). As someone pointed out before, the difference from a 3x30 or 3x31 is really minimal, same goes for a 3x28 and a 31x31. Like, mathematically speaking there is clearly a difference, but it's so small that it is really really hard to be perceived, and I can assure you that there are way more things that have an higher impact and that makes that difference even less important. Also, we are moving ourselves to add as PVP tournament prizes the possibility to reroll the stats of a legendary while locking a single stat. For example, you have a 31 DEF suicune, you lock that 31 DEF and reroll all the other stats. This is pretty much for pvp tournament only, since making it public would destroy the whole economy regarding reroll ticket and would be broken. As for Pokemon just released (like recent issue with Landorus iirc), I have developed a new policy where you cannot request the released pokemon in the first 15 days of its release, making it in this way more fair toward our community, for example giving them time to build their own team with the just released pokemon. Also, the amount of time (currently 15 days) is still to be properly discussed and can potentially be change in something higher (20-30 days), and this is something we might discuss in the future. I hope I was able to clarify this topic. I well know that this might be disappointing for you, but unfortunately giving the idea of how much staff work is really hard if you are not inside the staff yourself. I also invite you to read the posts made by the other staff and former staff in this thread as they also said really valid things. With this said, I will now lock the thread and wish you a wonderful day !8 points

I'd say +1 but Hoenn has excavations. I'd instead incentivise excavations more rather than adding more dig spots.2 points

- Be sure to be Hoenn Champion before starting this quest. - Go Route 114 in Hoenn, find Fossil Maniac Charles in his house and talk to him about the permit. - Now you will have to collect six different fragments spread around all Excavation Sites (excluding Wondrous Site, Briny Site and Draconic Site). - You do not have to enter the sites. Use a Pokemon with Rock Smash and destroy all breakable rocks around the Excavation Sites. Please note that this step is not needed for every player. - Once you have all six fragments collected, come back to Route 114 and talk with Fossil Maniac Charles. He will ask you to pay 100.000 Pokedollar in order to buy the permit. - You are now owner of the Archaeologist Permit and can start visiting the different sites. Feral Site - Fiery Path - East of Lavaridge Town Historical Site - Northern Route 111 Desert - East of Lavaridge Town Haunted Site - Rusturf Tunnel - Near Verdanturf Town Mineral Site - Route 115 - North of Rustboro City Glacial Site - Route 103 - North of Oldale Town Natural Site - Route 119A - South of Fortree City Wondrous Site - Route 114 - West of Fallarbor Town - 3000+ discoveries as requirement Briny Site - Route 124 - West of Mossdeep Town - 6000+ discoveries as requirement Draconic Site - Route 113 - East of Fallabor - 10000+ discoveries as requirement There are different tiers of expertise in archaeology. The tier depends on the discoveries you have made. You get one "Discovery Point" by smashing the rocks inside each site. With every tier you get access to more Pokemon and items. You can check your tier on your Trainer Card. The rocks inside of every Excavation Site respawn every 20h after being broken. You have also a low chance of getting nothing when breaking a rock. - Excavation Ranks: Explorer (1-500 discoveries) Scrounger (501-999 discoveries) Plunderer (1000-1999 discoveries) Relic Hunter (2000-3999 discoveries) Archaeologist (4000-5900 discoveries) Paleontologist (6000-7999 discoveries) Tomb Raider (8000+ discoveries) If you encounter a spawn you're not experienced enough to get, the Pokemon will flee or the item gets destroyed. How many Discoveries you need for each Pokémon rarity is mentioned below. You will however gain one or more "Bonus Discovery Point" each time you'll encounter a Pokemon who fled or if the item gets destroyed. The rock will tell you how many extra points you gained. - Used Rarity Tiers in the guide: Common 0+ Discoveries Uncommon 1000+ Discoveries Rare 2000+ Discoveries Super Rare 4000+ Discoveries Excavation Sites are shiny locked, which means that you are not able to encounter Shiny or Themed Pokemon in the sites. With the exception of Shiny Rocks, which may contain shiny Pokémon. As for all scripted spawns for wild Pokemon, an active BMS won't influence the chance of a hidden ability in the excavation sites. In every site you are able to find "Artifact Pieces", which can be traded in the Historical Site for items and fossils by talking to Artifact Maniac Hastor. Fossils: Vitamins (10 per 70 Artifact Pieces): Consumables: Battle Items: TM Moves: Gems: Evolution Items: Damage-reducing Berries: Mega Stones: All Sites Feral Site Historical Site Haunted Site Mineral Site Glacial Site Natural Site Wondrous Site Briny Site Draconic Site Contribution SyaoranLi, thank you for giving me a lot of useful information to complete this guide. In order to make game balance you should find a way to nerf good pvpers and support new pvp players...Boosting good pvpers with perfect staff pokes and more chances to make their legendaries perfect just makes the gap bigger and leads new pvpers to disappointment...The way american professional leagues work can teach you a lesson...First draft picks are given to the worst teams, not the champions...The league gets balanced, things are constantly changing and nobody gets bored...PRO works the opposite way and that may lead to quick disappointment and people leaving the game...If pvp interest people, then they should be motivated to continue and get better...The game itself should support those changes and not trying to make good players invincible...Popularising those kind of rerolls will make a lot of people happy and give them motivation to continue...1 point

Yo As some of you know, last halloween, a unique iv lock reroll ticket has been given to every people who finished the darkrai's quest. This special reroll let us locking 1 iv of a legendary pokemon and only one iv which is the best option in my opion. It was so cool but for an unknown reason it was the only one special reroll available. What I suggest is to make it available in pvp and pve coin shops. Why ? We always have more and more legendaries which need specific ivs(Max speed for a lot of legendary... I'll explain in detail this later), hidden power (Ice, Fire...) and a IV Reroll costs atm 700-750k each. Staff legendary pokes are allowed in pvp. They have max speed with almost perfect ivs and the hidden ability which is not only a plus on many pokemons. Ok, we can have 31 speed with reroll, but 31 speed + Other good ivs + hidden power is almost impossible. It's why it would be good to reduce the gap by being able to buy iv lock reroll in pvp and pve coins. For example the 3 Forces of the nature : Thundurus, Tornadus and Landorus. Thundurus-T : 101 base speed which is 1 more than 100 base speed like manaphy if played timid it's necessary to have 30 or 31 speed, plus he needs hp ice to be able to beat gliscor, garchomp, landorus or ground, dragon or grass type (hp fly can be good too). Thundurus-I : 111 base speed which is 1 more than 110 base speed like gengar if played timid it's necessary to have 30 or 31 speed, plus he needs hp ice to be able to beat gliscor, garchomp, landorus or ground, dragon or grass type (hp fly can be good too). Landorus-T : 91 base speed which is 1 more than 90 bas speed like lucario if played jolly it's necessary to have 30 or 31 speed, plus many sets need hp ice to be able to beat himself, gliscor... (hp fly can also be good for hawlucha, tangrowth, breloom and fire for scizor-mega, kartana in the future). Landorus-I : Who cares ? it will be banned :v Tornadus-T : 121 base speed which is 1 more than 120 base speed like alakazam but also speed tie with pidgeot-mega (31 speed ez) Tornadus-I : ...Yes Another exemple is suicune : He has 100 base hp which is equivalent to 404 hp to level 100 ivs 31 ivs and 252 evs. Why do we need 404 ? With substitute it will let the sub tanking 2 hits of seismic toss which is essential to pp stall chansey In general they all need max speed to win speed tie (these 2 maybe not : uxie (almost only used in tr), cresselia (same as uxie, or just here to use lunar dance, can also sweep). We can only have 1 ivs spread so it's better to be able to play both defensive and offensive forms thanks to max speed. In my opinion reroll prices should be reduced to : -40 pvp coin for nature reroll ticket -75 pvp coin for reroll ticket -150 pvp coin for IV lock reroll ticket -70 pve coin for nature reroll ticket -125 pve coin for reroll ticket -250 pve coin for IV lock reroll ticket Alternative ways to earn iv lock reroll ticket ? - Tournament but it should not be the only way. - Suspicious 2.0 with a bigger win streak or more difficult ? - A daily/weekly/monthly quest rewarded daily/weekly/monthly (not like solaceon quest where you can just let 7 alt there and connecting each day) but maybe something like the doctor quest or celadon quest. - World quest rewards (choice between mysterious and iv lock ticket ? More percentage like 1,5% ?) - PvP quests which should be implemented in the next patch. -Dig spots on broken island (guild island)............... No more seriously feel free to give your opinion on the subject, tell me what do you think of the main way of earning these tickets and the alternative one or give me other alternative which could be interesting. Thank you for watching. :CharYay:1 point

Pro isn't a battle simulator, yet it has a pvp system with a lot of competition between players, should the competition rely on luck if we can either get epic legendaries or not? Even if we can play without legendaries in our team, we can't say that legendaries aren't essential.1 point

You act like locking a single IV is a guaranteed success. A new reroll wouldn't influence the price of regular rerolls if it's untradeable. Also, staff being able to use "rewards" in pvp is idiotic if you ask me. I would understand it if legendaries were super easy to get, but only players who put in time and the work can catch them. Legendaries aren't tradeable and it will still be super hard to get a truly epic legendary. Of course this reroll shouldn't be easy to obtain, so you comparing it to a battle simulator is just lol.1 point

I don't think that devs will add new dig spots to Hoenn. We already got the excavation sites, which is way more profitable than doing dig spots every third day. If you do them frequently, there is a good chance you will get a good Pokemon, which you can sell for a good amount of money. For the people who aren't aware of this, there are guides on the forum & they can always ask it in the Discord server.1 point

Hello and welcome to the game! If you have the time, I would recommend reading the FAQ for more information about the game. Joining the discord would be really helpful as well since all announcements towards new updates or content are posted there, plus you can always make some new friends! As for your questions, here you go: You'll have to follow the region order, but you can go to other regions. PRO has currently 4 regions (Kanto, Johto, Sinnoh and Hoenn) with more in the works. Nope! You can add items such as mounts or cosmetics and much more into the trading interface. There's also the option of using poke dollars They need to be done in order accordingly to how they are in the original game. Plus you have to go with the order of regions which is Kanto-> Johto -> Hoenn -> Sinnoh You can, but they will be automatically locked in your pokemon storage until you reach the region where they were caught. Good luck :D1 point

since the proposal requires only one locked iv, it can be applied...e.g. if you lock speed to 31 and after that you like to lock a good spatk iv when rerolling , speed will have to change ...those kind of rerolls cannot lead to perfect pokemon, they just can drop probability from 1/887503681 to 1/28629151 in order to have an all 31ivs staff like poke...they also cannot define hp...so, i see no reason why not to be applied or why to be extra expensive if applied...ps: staff poke users will still be safe and maintain their advantage in pvp. +1 from me1 point
