Hello everyone, I've decided to make another guide today showing you how to complete the Valentine's Day Quest and getting that special Valentine's Clefable form. Thank you to Sir Meowington for helping me out with the sprites and Comrader, PharaoMage and Sareth for some corrections/information. Now that we are on the Island and head a little north, we will be greeted by Mayor Shiro. She will explain how we must convince the residents of the island to allow visitors entering the island in particular one named Perry. [spoiler=Mayor Shiro] Now that we have spoken to Shiro, the player must head North again to Aphrodia Island House 1 where Perry is located. When speaking to her, she will explain to the player that weird things are happening to the Pokémon and due to this a wedding has been cancelled. She will then request the player to speak to the couple whose wedding has been cancelled and grant the player access to Aphrodia Island East via Sailor Jenn who brought you to the Island in the first place. Honestly, Pokestops just give you 2 items randomly in a pool of multiple newbie friendly items (such as Pokeballs, Superballs, Potions, etc). The best items they can give you is Rare Candies. At low levels this literally is irrelevant and they're only useful to be sold in Trade Chat. I don't understand why there should even be a badge requirement for these. Why would you restrict players until the 4th Kanto Badge or 8th Johto Badge to speak to a NPC with a 36 hour cooldown that just gives you 2 Pokeballs most of the time? They're supposed to help newbies but the requirements are restrictive as hell. You can literally pay for 2 Pokeballs just with a few wild encounters anyway. The badge restriction over 7 years into the game is honestly pointless.1 point

This isn’t the place for this kind of thing. In fact, this behavior is not tolerated at all. Reporting a player should only be done through the Report Center with the proper evidence. Publicly accusing a player is not the right course of action. This will serve as a warning.1 point

Hello @Cuchimizao others, It is confirmed that there is no bug in this quest. Growlith's location is random for every player and it gets changed every time you fail to find the Growlith in the given time. Growlith may be hidden well behind bushes, trees, etc. but take a closer look, you will able to see it. Please Note that when this quest first came out, there was a bug that caused Growlith to spawn in the same place for all players. It was quickly fixed but the video guides created during that time may lead one to believe that Growlith should only spawn at that particular area, but this is not the case now. Hope this clears your doubts regarding this quest. Let me know if you have any other questions.1 point
