Hi Darthwii, I'm extremely sorry for the inconvenience and I understand how frustrating it can be to lose a rare Pokemon as a result of the server crash. We are constantly trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes crash. Unfortunately, we do not do personal refunds for server crashes, however, if the crashes are particularly often in a short period of time, we usually compensate the community in some way, such as the most recent MS/Coins Extension. I regret to inform you that there is nothing we can do to refund your Dratini or your money spent in the Safari. To prevent rollbacks from server crashes as much as possible, I highly recommend reading this thread. There are ways to make up for your lost money, however. I would highly suggest doing the dig spots around Kanto and Johto to look for buried treasure. In order to reap the benefits of Dig Spots, you need a Pokemon with 150 Happiness that knows the move Dig. You can buy Dig (TM 28) from Celadon Mart for $3,500 Pokedollars. You can find the various locations in this guide. Dig spots give out a plethora of items, however, you want to be looking out for Nuggets, Pearls, Star Pieces, and other valuables items. These valuable items can be sold to the Item Maniac, located at the end of Route 25 above Cerulean City. Should you be lucky enough to receive many of these valuables from dig spots, your profits can be several hundred thousands of Pokedollars. Other items —primarily evolutionary items and stones—can also be sold to other players. These items include Protectors, Magmarizers, King’s Rocks, Dawn Stones, Dusk Stones, Rare Candies, etc. If you haven't already, I highly suggest doing the Officer Jemy Bounties, as she should give you a handful of PokeDollars. While a bit dated, you can also check Daeon’s Guide to Money Making. Before I close this thread, I'd also like to add that it may be easier for you to purchase a story Dratini from a player in Trade chat as opposed to hunting it in the Safari Exclusive Area, as the spawns are in the morning only and they are also a fairly high rarity tier. Hi Ragonza, Regarding the Crash Report: You can either copy and paste the text generated in the file directly here within spoiler tags, or upload it to a website like Pastebin and link it here. While waiting, you can try to re-download PRO and delete all previous PRO files, including anything in the Recycle Bin, as well as temporary files. If that doesn't work, try turning off your antivirus/firewall while downloading and extracting, and make sure your antivirus or Firewall are not blocking PRO. Hi MuddixD, As hahahaka has mentioned, Victory Road, Seaform B4F, and Cinnabar Mansion are all good places to grind for EXP during the story. You should also try to battle all trainers you find; keep in mind that most Trainers reset their cooldown after 7 days, in which you'll be able to re-battle them again for money and EXP. If so and it still does not work, could you try to do the same but with -force-opengl instead? Lastly, sometimes permissions on C: can be restricted and tricky, as it hosts the sensible files notably mandatory to run your OS itself. I suggest trying to move your game folder to a different hard drive partition and see if it works. Looking forward to your answer; until then, have a good day! Hi LucyWooWoo, Have you tried our crash fixes listed in the Issue Guide? I'll quote for visibility: If none of these work, could you possibly be a bit more descriptive? It's hard to troubleshoot without knowing the full details as crash issues are multifaceted. Simply stating that you crash 3 hours isn't much for me to work on; can you notice any patterns with the crashes? Also, do you get a crash error report? Hi Andyesque, The Bambang NPC is part of a quest and has no influence on whether or not you could pick up the TM. You are indeed in the correct area, and I can confirm that the TM is found on that rock. According to our database, it appears that you have picked up TM06 - Toxic at one point during your gameplay. You may have used it unknowingly, or perhaps it got lost in a rollback. I'm extremely sorry to say, but unfortunately, we cannot do anything to refund the TM. However, you can buy it from other players, or from Fuchsia City Gym for $2,000 (or five for $8,000). With that said, I'll now lock this topic as there is nothing we can do to further your case. Hi Spitfyre, I'm extremely sorry to hear that you've been disconnecting during boss battles, and I understand how frustrating it is due to the cooldown times. While it is true that our servers can crash, our servers don't randomly kick players out of the game (without a complete server crash happening), therefore, it is likely something on your connection that is causing these random kicks. If you have a tendency to disconnect often, I would highly suggest the following steps: You should also troubleshoot your connection; although your connection can be generally good, a dead signal every so often can cause you to disconnect from the game completely. This is likely to be the case for you. You can check out a few guides that I've found and personally use: Quick Windows Networking Fixes (Windows Only) and Troubleshooting with Ping and Traceroutes (Windows, Apple Mac OS X, and Linux supported). Again, you'll want to look out for any ping falls that may indicate an issue with your connection. Lastly, I would recommend troubleshooting your router as it may have malfunctioned. You'll need to look up the guide to troubleshoot your make and model, but here is a General Router Troubleshooting Guide in the meantime. Also, is your ISP Comcast?
