From what I've seen: Sinnoh items seem to not respawn (the Twinleaf Rare Candy might respawn though). Some are just weird: the Rare Candy in 218 does not respawn for some reason. Most of them should, but they don't. I'm also intrigued to fix the post Sinnoh E4 Hidden Items. I don't know if they're 100% right yet.

25% chance does not mean it's a 100% chance that 1 in 4 pokemon will have their hidden ability. It's pure luck. I've had streaks of over 30 consecutive modest successful syncs in Pinkan and it's a 50% chance. It does not mean it should be nerfed or buffed either. You purchase a BMS knowing you only get a 25% chance with it active, knowing that it has a 75% chance to fail. They can't make it a forced chance either. What if the 1/4 was forced but that 1 always ended up having trash IVs and Nature? You'd still complain. It's all down to pure luck, you'll have to deal with it. BM being 33% chance or higher would be way too overpowered too. They can't "fix" it, because it's just pure rng. You will sometimes be unlucky and sometimes extremely lucky.

Your issue is probably caused as you may need to do a Server Merge. You will only need to merge your account's progress in the Dashboard, choose which Story Progress you want to keep and then reset your password. You should be able to continue then. https://dashboard.pokemonrevolution.net/auth/login First, log in here and merge your progress. Quick report: I entered Oreburgh Gate 1F through the entrance from the left and it seems I encountered a battle or something. However, in the exact moment I found the battle, my entire team disappeared, there was no battle UI and I was stuck. I had no choice but to relog. I'll post the screenshot here. No idea how to reproduce it, honestly. Was just entering to get to the bottom floor and dig the dig spots.
