Since it's been sold and subsequently used, cannot reverse back to the proper outcome which would be the Kommo-o for 1.5m fully in Pokedollars which the winner could afford. You've also massively overbumped your thread. The correct behavior should be Raticate learning it when it evolves and having the option to relearn it at any given time. Our Developers are already aware of the issue, but there is no ETA as to when it will be fixed. There is nothing we can do to assist you further in this case. You can still obtain a Shedinja the next time you evolve a Nincada with atleast an empty slot in your party and a Pokeball in your bag.
