In my opinion, if person A bought a service to person B who used unauthorized software and manage to finish the service intended, got banned or banned early. They should make an appeal to prove that person A bought service from person B, clearly person A must attach evidence that he bought/request service for Developer, staff and security can check the said activity.
It's not that they're trying to instill fear but this is a reminder that the game does not tolerate these kind of behaviour and take advantage of the game. Players are more likely to leave or lose interest if they feel that the game is overrun by cheaters. Banning these players helps preserve the game's integrity and keep its longevity.
