The community has asked for the Mega update for years too, so that arguements feels really weird to me. They just cant make everyone happy, thats just how it is. Maybe you feel like the PC storage update should have had higher priority but then again another person would say a new region should have highest priorty. They decided Mega update has highest priority and I think many people are happy with that and looking forward to the update.

Because Xatu cant learn Psywave, theres really no further explanation to this.

If youre talking about heavy-duty boots, thats a Gen8 item. As PRO uses Gen7 mechanics we dont have that item.

If I remember Shedinja usually cant learn swords dance, it was only possible with some glitch in a previous generation form the original games.

Coil is working fine for bosses, only accuracy isnt passed with baton pass which doesnt really matter for bosses anyway.

Like I said you should try to click the spot again after you smashed the rock.

As you can read on the wiki you have to click once again after you smashed the rock, maybe that was the reason you didnt get anything?

Seems like I remembered that wrong, Nikola boss can recover legendaries even if you released them but only once. My bad on that part, hopefully you can get help somehow.

If you release a legendary you cannot catch it again via the Nikola boss. Nikola boss can only recover a legendary if you failed to catch it not if you release the pokemon. You can try to get it recovered by staff in the restore pokemon megathread.
