Some recommendations would be the PRO Wiki, Pokemondb, and Bulbapedia. Remember to check the Generation 7(VII) learnsets , since that is what PRO uses. Yes you can transfer with no problems. If you transfer back to Silver, your Zapdos can be restored without an issue.

Hello @Ketan1010. My apologies for the inconvenience. What you experienced is only a visual bug. You received the coins but it takes a bit of time to update it on your Trainer Card. By relogging, you force a save and the coins appear immediately. Hopefully this clears things up. If not, or if you have further questions, please let me know.
