Hello everyone, seeing the upcoming arrival of mega evolutions to this wonderful game, I was thinking that it would be a good idea to be able to use mega evolutions just being the original trainers of the pokemon. According to me this would give more difficulty to the fact of being able to get them, making them something unique for each player, it would give them an interesting difficulty, in addition to going with the sense of mega evos in anime, where pokemon evolve by trust and affection they have for their trainer. I would like to know what you think, greetings, a hug!17 points

-1 old players who have been playing pro for 3+ years have been waiting for megas ever since they announced it back then so making it ot isnt too fair for the players who have bought mons long ago specific for megas8 points

Okay, I tried to read the opening post without having my last brain cells die (if I still have any at this point). One of the main points of any MMO is to offer quests that can be easy, hard, short, long, with a lot of work from scripters behind the scenes, mappers that make the maps appropriate for it, pixel artists that can draw all the elements and sprites... This is a pokemon game. You're SUPPOSED TO CATCH POKEMON. It's THE MAIN POINT OF THE GAME. Long quests exist to make you work for a big reward such as Megas or Legendary pokemon, they're there for a reason. Sometimes they're easier, sometimes they're harder, sometimes they require you to grind a lot for certain pokemon and sometimes you need to capture a lot of pokemon. It's an MMO, do you expect to just throw a five dollar bill and get everything unlocked instantly? Not everyone (if anyone) likes unlocking everything instantly by just stamping their wallets onto their screen. Getting pokedollars in PRO is easy, a lot of people complain after the boss changes but there's still ways to do it and they're improving their rewards. There's also guides on how to earn more money. Adding in pay to win elements into the game is what would actually make the playerbase leave. If a few can just buy everything with real money, the rest won't be able to keep up. There's a lot of added extra elements such as tools to substitute HMs and cosmetics added into Coin Shop that are optional to purchase and help maintain the game while not giving an unfair advantage over someone who has enough money to purchase everything they could if we went with your idea. Calling 99% of the legendary quests garbage for an MMO while not giving any decent argument other than "must have 400 evo requirement" (which is false, none reaches that point). Legendary pokemon hour requirements were cut across the board, the requirements for almost all of them are easy and reasonable to obtain in the long term. I also have a job, I study, I do my social activities, yet I don't complain for having next to no time to play this game. I invest some time every day where I can have fun doing guides in forums for newbies who need help, I help out in help chat ingame and every day I try to hunt a few pokemon so that in the future I can go and get all the legendaries in one go. You can do it bit by bit, not everything at once. You could atleast not disrespect the scripters' work and put some arguments behind that statement. TLDR: If you can't defend your arguments and the only thing you can do is call hundreds of scripting work garbage, spend your time on something else. It's an MMO that requires a bit of grinding and can be done day by day, not everything at once. We all have real lives, yet we invest time into this.5 points

Make them OT-only to drive PvPers away, aka people who are actually going to use those mons and for whom this PvP rework is built for. Even worse, recommended for a game with long queue times or often no match found. Genious idea. I have been collecting potential mega pokemons for 4 years now, ever since they were promised/teased whatever you wanna call it back in 2016. I pumped hard grinded money early on into the economy on pokes that without mega are useless, slowing my progression and accelerating yours. Now you suggest this enforced OT mechanic, which was never enforced even on original gameboy games (remember the blue cable to trade stuff?), in the name of 'hard work' years later after many of you sold pokes (did you see the Charizard that was just insta'd 10mil? Isn't grinding that considered 'hard work'?). What about my 'hard work' in grinding them ahead of time? What you are suggesting is extremely unfair. I will agree on the 'OT-only' madness at 1 condition: people who are suggesting this are effectively trade blocked, to prove that 'hard work' is the way to go. This means no more CC buying/selling, no more item buying/selling, no more selling pokes after hunts to finance items or cosmetic items. You want the true hardcore experience and enforce it on others? Lead by example. Folks we need to make PvP more accessible for everybody, not harder. Easier lengedary requirements were awesome for new players, lending system was awesome for new players to test pokes from friends or even stragers with no danger of scams, I'd LOVE to see easy rerolls so everyone can use their hard grinded legendaries (I have almost all of them at a godly state already, this change would not affect me FYI). Open your eyes, your suggestion will drive people away in a moment that more are coming back because hyped. Do not kill the game.5 points

The mon itself shouldnt require OT. The mega-stones themselves should be untradeable though meaning you have to acquire them yourself, not buy from another player.5 points

-1, not everyone have the time to hunt Pokemon for the mega evolution and hunting is like hell for android players they have to deal with lag and freeze and the worse the joystick which is pain to use while hunting or moving normally. Don't know if these things would be fixed in this update but it really sucks to go through these problems while playing your favourite game.4 points

We've all seen the outcry that happened after staffview command was removed, yet nothing has been done about it. Playing on a 34" screen is a pain with a game so zoomed in, sprites look awful - jagged and rough and many get distorted while moving. If you don't want us to use staffview command, there's a setting for game zoom already - let us zoom it out at least 1.5x current max if you think staffview was too much.3 points

Man, it's kinda pathetic that most suggestion threads end up being stupid fights between kids in forums because they can't accept that someone can have a different opinion and they can't dispute or challenge their arguments without insulting them like 5 year old children or fistfighting while their parents just watch them (moderators, basically, because I'm 100% sure they're tired of you guys not being able to argue like normal people instead of calling each mother's names. I'll change my vote to no, -1. It might help the economy and make low tier pokemon that have megas actually start having a value in the market, newbies might be able to hunt low tiers for bosses or PvP and sell them and finally close the gap as much as possible between really advanced players and new ones. However, my argument depends on newbies learning how to economise and learn how to sell good and easy to hunt pokemon. Also, we didn't have to megaevolve with full happiness in the original games, nor did they have to be OT. Anime also does not matter. Remember Onix being attacked by Electric attacks from Pikachu? Yes, anime is stupid sometimes (most of the time, actually xd)3 points

Post is currently broken after some forum changes - Will most likely have to do a new one when I have the time Welcome to my Unofficial tier list for bosses! This isn't a guide on how to beat bosses but an attempt to classify them by rankings. Due to the new changes, it was decided to make a thread based on the one by idkup. The top 15-20 spot of a boss list should be consistent for everyone. Choosing the last remaining bosses can be an entangled task if you're hesitating or confused. It especially becomes harsh when you're new to the variable PvE content of PRO. This is mostly to help people who are confused and want to weight and compare the multiple rewards Every changelog is posted at the bottom of the thread. Ranking S tier - The best of the best. Those are bosses that have an insane or very good pool of pokemon along with excellent items and money rewards. Do not skip those. A tier - Generally the most common bosses, which are worth doing as well. B tier - Suboptimal bosses compared to the other tiers; fighting them is not recommended, unless the goal is to fetch a certain reward. It could also be worth fighting them if you don't have access to enough bosses from the other tiers. The rankings were chosen based on 3 principal criteria, in that order; 1. Pokemon pool available (3rd reward and random reward) 2. Item's reward available 3. Money reward A good pokemon pool is better than a good money reward in my opinion. This could be showcased in certain situations. Tier List S+ Medusa and Eldir Lance Battle bot Urahara Entei Guardian S Shary and Shaui Terminator Tigerous Spectify Logan Saphirr Pewdie and Diepy Professor Oak Koichi Steven Bruno Professor birch Link A+ Officer Shamac Morty Letrix Neroli Maribela Chuck Lt.Surge A Brock Brock - Located in Diglett's Cave Notable rewards: Aerodactyl, Kabuto, Omanyte Rare candy, Stardust, Star piece, Dome/Helix Fossil, Old Amber, Nugget, Big nugget Decent money pool (20-40k) Professor Elm Toothless Officer Jenny Ash Westbrook Klohver Suicune Guardian Raikou Guardian Gingery Jones Erika Jessie & James Naruto Fanboy A- Misty Naero B+ Lorelei Xylos B Sage Pumpkin king MISSING DATA (FOR NOW) Professor Birch. Please note that the reasoning behind the ranking is currently partly subjective due to the lack of different points of view. It will be updated following balances and changes that are made. Feel free to comment on your disagreement towards a ranking and I will thoroughly explore your suggestion(s). Changelogs Credits to waleed1301, Splittie for the help with some information. Are you just against making it quest accessible? there are infact some people that aren't able to spend pokedollars because they don't have enough, or simply don't want to.2 points

Hello everyone, thanks for putting your opinions here, and thanks to those who commented in a mature way, without meaningless fights. I want to clarify that my proposal was never something against the people who have many millions because they farm, or because they donate, I do not consider this to be a p2win game, on the contrary, without those people who buy cc to buy their favorite pokemon, This game could not be maintained I believe. It just seemed like a good idea, to make mega evolution more interesting from my point of view. I am surprised by comments like that of nornor, who says that i creates this post to trolling, I do not know what he relies on to say such a thing, I find it strange even coming from him, I remember him as a friendly person and always willing to help in the help pro chat in silver, I remember that he always answered my questions, when I was a novice in the game, I did not think I would touch such a sensitive fiber of some people when creating this post, it was not my intention. Greetings to all, and thank you for giving your opinion, and please maintain respect above all, greetings.2 points

I disagree with this suggestion. Forcing players to buy such items (which will most likely be untradeable) means that the game will have more pay2win content and it will hugely impact the current economy. Quests or some other form of obtaining them would be optimal so that they are not extremely easy to obtain (Keep in mind this is an mmo and the grind is part of the experience) and players will also be able to make use of guides or other ways to fast forward the process. Evolutions, caught pokemon or hour requirements should in my opinion (which people may disagree with) be set so that again they are not accessible immediately by everyone.2 points

Information regarding Level 100 Pokemon Recently, the Mysterious Candy was added to the game. It will allow you to evolve a Level 100 Pokemon that meets all requirements for leveling up (e.g. happiness requirements). This means that the Deleveling Megathread is now redundant, hence why this service has been removed. You can purchase Mysterious Candies in the following locations from the respective Item Vendors: Celadon City, Goldenrod City, Lilycove City and Veilstone City Department Stores (5.000 Pokedollars) PvE Coin Shop (2 PvE Coins) PvP Coins Shop (1 PvP Coin) Rules and context We made this thread for you to request help with trade evolutions, stuck evolutions. All you have to do is make a post here. There is no need to create a new thread about it. Once the evolution has been done, we will edit your post saying that your request has been resolved and you'll receive a forum notification. In order to keep the thread clean, we ask to not post if it's not involving a request for a trade evolution, stuck evolution or a delevel request. All off-topic posts will get deleted. Note You may also request staff assistance in our Official PRO Discord in the #request-chat channel. Feel free to join and ask for a staff member by specifying your server and in-game name. What do you need to post? If requesting a trade evolution, such as Kadabra: Tell us your server Your in-game name And your GMT Timezone Fill out the following information Trade Request In-game name: Server: GMT Timezone: Discord Tag (Optional): What do I need to post in order to request help for a simple trade evolution? Post here, or on our Official PRO Discord in the requests-chat channel, your in-game name, username, server and time available to do the trade in GMT timezone. Make sure to do that by copying the template above. Which Pokemon can you help me to evolve? Pokemon that evolve through trading. Please note that we do not provide evolutionary items, don't forget to have one with you before requesting for any support. Pokemon that can evolve through specific areas like Leafeon, Glaceon and Sylveon and Pokemon that can evolve via happiness are not concerned by trading. How long will I have to wait? If you're requesting a trade evolution, a Community Coordinator will help you, according to their timezone. It may take some time if both sides are not available. Feel free to join our Official PRO Discord to get a quicker answer if no one is available here. Nobody is coming online to help me trade evolve, what do I do? Remain patient and keep on playing until a staff member is available to help you. Don't make more posts as those will be deleted. I don't get it, show me an example of a filled template? Pokemon that evolve via happiness We can't help evolving these as trading will reset the happiness of your Pokemon, and trading is the main component to fix the evolutions. However you can still make evolve your Pokemon yourself. For example if you have a level 100 Riolu, make sure to have max happiness (255) and make it battle during the day. It works for all Pokemon that require happiness during their evolution process. Concerned Pokemon: Area themed Pokemon We can't help you with a Pokemon that evolve by earning a level in a specific area. If you missed to evolve a level 100 Magneton, then you will have to delevel your pokemon using the Mysterious Candy item that you can buy for PVE or PVP coins. Concerned Pokemon: Pokemon that evolve by having a specific move You don't require our support if you missed to evolve a Pokemon that should normally evolve by having a specific move. For example if you have a level 100 Yanma that usually evolve by knowing Ancient Power, then just go through a wild battle and defeat the Pokemon. Your Yanma will still evolve even if stuck at level 100. It works for all Pokemon that are concerned by this evolution process. Concerned Pokemon: Make a Pokemon back to a previous state It's impossible and we do not offer this kind of support. However you can de-evolve a pokemon by using the Mysterious Candy item that you can buy for PVE or PVP coins.1 point

Hi all! In this guide we're catching the legendary Force Of Nature trio of the Unova Region! With that out of the way, let's begin! - Sinnoh Champion - 1 OT Pokemon with Storm Drain ability and 100+ in IV's. - 1 OT Pokemon with Levitate ability and 100+ in IV's. - 1 OT Pokemon with Lightning Rod ability and 100+ in IV's. - It is recommended to have a full team of Lv100's as you will face some challenging foes. To begin the quest speak with the Jirachi in the Mauville City House 1 (Just left of the pokemart) and accept the quest. After speaking to Jirachi head North to route 111, and you will notice it looks a bit different. Work your way through the Magma grunts and their Lv80 Pokemon until you come across a portal. Enter the portal and continue through the cave until you come across the Magma Grunt in front of Landorus. This magma grunt is far more difficult than the previous ones faced thus far. Their team has the following pokemon: - Lv100 Claydol - Lv100 Flygon - Lv100 Crowbat - Lv100 Glaceon - Lv100 Froslass - Lv100 Weavile After defeating this Magma Grunt heal your team and interact with Landorus to commence a battle. After defeating Landorus Jirachi will return you to Mauville. After completing Route 111 speak to Jirachi in the Mauville City House 1 and select "Yes, Please!" when asked if you need more time. After this interaction is done you can head East onto Route 118 to begin the Tornadus segment. Route 118 is similar to Route 111 where you have to work your way through magma grunts until you come across a similar looking portal. After entering the portal continue fighting through the magma grunts until you come across the final grunt located in front of Tornadus. Once again this grunt is far more difficult than the ones you fought on the way here so make sure you're fully healed. Their team has the following pokemon: - Lv100 Gastrodon - Lv100 Rhyperior - Lv100 Zebstrika - Lv100 Aggron - Lv100 Manectric - Lv100 Weavile After defeating this Magma Grunt heal your team and interact with Tornadus to commence a battle. After defeating Tornadus Jirachi will return you to Mauville. After completing Route 118 speak to Jirachi in Mauville City House 1 and once again select "Yes, Please!" when asked if you need more time. Once you've done this and healed up you can head South to Route 110 to begin the Thundurus segment. Once again Route 110 is similar to the last 2 routes you have done in which you must walk through fighting the easy Magma Grunts before entering a portal. Once you have arrived at the Magma Grunt in front of Thundurus make sure you team is healed as he also has a full team of Lv100 Pokemon. His team contains the following Pokemon: - Lv100 Manectric - Lv100 Rhyperior - Lv100 Zebstrika - Lv100 Flygon - Lv100 Altaria - Lv100 Weavile After defeating this Magma Grunt heal your team and interact with Thundurus to commence a battle. After defeating Thundurus Jirachi will return you to Mauville. After defeating the 3rd and final Unova weather legendary, you can heal up at Mauville and return to Mauville City House 1 where you will see a couple of Magma Grunts and Magma Admin Courtney blocking the way to Jirachi. You must defeat the Magma Admin in order to progress. Proceed with caution as her team is quite strong. Her team contains the following Pokemon: - Lv100 Houndoom - Lv100 Camerupt - Lv100 Crobat - Lv100 Scrafty - Lv100 Darmanitan - Lv100 Blaziken Once you've defeated Magma Admin Courtney Jirachi will express it's gratitude for saving it and will allow you to then capture all 3 of the Unova Force Of Nature legendaries. In order to then capture the Force Of Nature trio, you must bring a pokemon in order to traverse the lands they inhabit. - To catch Landorus you must bring an OT Pokemon with Levitate for it's ability and it must have an IV total of 100+ - To catch Thundurus you must bring an OT Pokemon with Lightning Rod for it's ability and it must have an IV total of 100+ - To catch Tornadus you must bring an OT Pokemon with Storm Drain for it's ability and must have an IV total of 100+ Once you have these 3 required pokemon, speak to Jirachi and select which legendary you would like to catch. Be sure to bring your sync pokemon and Masterball if you want an easier catch! This process can be repeated with the other 2 legendaries after you capture the first one so there is no need to worry over which one you want. That ends this quest guide, hope it's helped you! Happy Hunting!1 point

Hello, at the North Entry in Magma Hideout is a TileScript that corrects this behavior. Unfortunately, it doesn't activate when you spawn directly on it (this happens when you go from Magma Hideout 3F to 4F). I placed the TileScript at a position where you will definitely step on it. Please try again to reenter the Magma Hideout 4F from the North Entry and go to the South Exit. kind regards1 point

Would make MS much more worth it's cost. Otherwise you will realistically only get 1 battle out of a 15d and 2 out of a 30, rather than 2 and 4 if it was made to be 14.1 point

I wish I could +1 this idea but this is clearly inadapted to PRO. The main reason is that PRO is a MMO-based game (unlike the official Pokemons games). It means that the economy is a huge part of the game, and bringing megas in it might help (and change) the economy as stated above by @Bhimoso. We're not in a single-player / offline game. A few examples of Pokemons that you would (probably) never hunt without megas : Pidgeot, Electrike, Buneary, Swablu, Mawile, Weedle, Pinsir, Mareep, Treecko, Carvanha, Aron ... > Those Pokemons will change/reflate the economy of the game and it just doesn't feel right to prevent players from it. Don't forget that Megastones will NOT be tradable with other players. So this whole topic already has an "answer" = The Pokemons can be evolved without OT, but you'll need your own stone. -11 point

Thanks for your suggestion, but you should re-think what you suggested. There is 2 types of person/players: 1: The Student -Have some free time -After school can go spend some time playing -Have free weekends -Time to time has his vacations 2: The Adult -Work in most of the days of the week; -Low amount of hours to play; -After work have to take care of his family or irl problems; -In the end of the day only have 1-2 hours of free time to play(luckily) //THE TEXT ABOVE IS JUST A GENERAL IDEA, THERE IS EXCEPTIONS, MANY OF THEM TO BE HONEST SO PLEASE DONT GET OFFENDED// How do you think the type 2 will have time to hunt a decent pokemon for megas? He wont, i already have most of my megas ready, i have been playing this game for long but i know some people will have this problem. Being able to buy the pokemons for megas will help them a lot, is not a pay to win, but is a more fair way to do the things for everyone, type1 have the time and type 2 have the money. As conclusion this is a big -1 to this idea. *this is not even my case, i do work but luckily i do have a good work where i can have time to myself, my family and to have sometimes, but not many people have that opportunity*1 point

Megas are being added mainly for PvP. Wonder why its called "PvP Rework"? A lot of PvPers lend stuffs. Not everyone has the patience to hunt. So, this suggestion is to kill the PvP as well as sink the economy for no apparent reason just to show your "hardwork"? Yeah, what a brilliant idea!1 point
