Hello @Nyssa98. This is, in fact, not a bug; it is how the ability is meant to work. Struggle recoil, Life Orb damage, and any "crash" damage (such as damage from High Jump Kick and Jump Kick), will not be ignored by Rock Head. Hello @salamandra. The main way to buy a Magic Carpet is by saving PvE coins and purchasing it from the PvE Coin Shop. However, each month there is a selection of items from the PvE Shop that are made tradable. You can wait until the Magic Carpet is one of those items, and then purchase it from another player through the in-game Trade chat or through the forums Trade Zone. Hopefully this answers all your questions. If you have more, please let me know.
