Hello @Fisdemoine. When doing the Heatran quest, the NPC named Buck will take all your Rare Candy and Master Ball(s). Once you have completed the quest, he will return them after being spoken to. Did you begin, but not finish, the Heatran quest?

While the proxy server change helped alleviate the server issues, there are still connection problems. As such, we still do not recommend fighting bosses, doing PvP, or doing anything that could be lost to a proxy server crash. Have a nice day.
