Sup, To follow Pinklax's post : I think 3500000 ivs was really to high. You needed 17500 ivs for 0,5%, so ( 17500 ivs / (186 / 2 = 93)) = 188 bidoofs to be potentially safe. Let's say you catch one bidoof each min, the result will be 3 hours and 8 min. Then you had to SUBMIT all of them 5 by 5, a horrific task . 188 / 5 = 37,6, so 38 min. It took me 4 hours to do everything mentionned above. But not everyone was hyped, nor had maybe the time to hunt a t1 for 4 hours straight ( Work, Timezone etc...) I understand that Walross had in mind that even if this is such a big number, a t1 is relatively easy to hunt and therefore no problems should have occured. But the difference here is 17500 ivs feel like an enormous mountain to climb on. And not everyone was enough motivated to do it. 100 bidoof max would have been better imo. Let's not forget that there is a certain quantity of newbies that didn't have access to Sinnoh, where bidoof spawns are. So to avoid that end in the future, I would suggest Walross to lower needed ivs, to come back on old WQs where you needed like 1/4 less ivs than the current ones. Those old WQs were a pleasant hunting party. On the other hand, current WQs can be really frustrating for unlucky people if they don't finish it at time with their occupation etc... Take as an example yesterday WQ with Archen that needed 880ish ivs, I know some people that got 2 Archen in 2 hours ! They can't allow themself to stay this amount of time for reasons listed above. Without mentionning the Bidoof one that felt like a FATALITY for some people. After explaining all of this, if the decision hadn't been rushed as Cosanostra said. None of this would have happened. Don't get me wrong, It's ok to do mistakes ! You have a hell of a game, don't waste it. I hope Walross will take this in consideration for next WQs. With all of that said, I wish you a good day. The thing is about the behavior, not about his work. The posts about it are about how he speaks, his work is very good and needed for the community, people criticizing his WORK, mostly can be banned/heavily punished, but the behavior have a merit in the critic. We all have different experiences with different people, we can't generalize our opinion with everyone else. I have a good relationship with Felix (he blocks me and unblocks me every 3 days after i annoy him), but i can only say that for myself, if others show evidences, i have to see the facts (like i do). So clearly have a mistreatment issue that need to be WORKED ON. I recommend reading former staff Chris post for example.

Hi, Once again, we were shown the amateurism within the staff with this world quest. Don’t come and tell me that this has no relation between staff and players. Do you think the players are happy with this world quest? 3,500,000 ivs, that doesn't make sense. Did you take the time to calculate how many bidoofs you had to catch on average to get 0.5%? Did you factor in how long it would take to catch them first? Then finally, the time it took to give them to the mysterious cultist? I sincerely think that some players are angry, including me, and don’t come and tell me that it is the players' fault. Even a simple thing like picking ivs from a word quest you’re not able to do it, so what is it when it's complicated topics? It is frustrating and annoying. Think before making decisions, it will save you from dissatisfaction. In a decision-making process, I think that the reflection comes before the announcement of the decision and finally its implementation. I hope you will at least agree on this point. Best regards,

Hey, I would like to know what are different roles (I mean the difference between roles some are easy to guess but some needs a bit of explanation ) I would be glad if a staff could tell us. Other than this, How are things implemented? (Do you guys have a poll with all the other staff members or just the developer) As of punishment purpose do staff and players are treated equally? Or staff punishment is harsh or easy going? Is it compulsory for a staff to work specific numbers of hour each day? How often are staff rewarded? (What are the rewards for staff? ) Do you think staff rewards are equivalent to time worked? How staff solve issues between each other? How do recruitment works? (Steps involved) Who is responsible for this? When a player gets banned for any reason why he/she is supposed to prove he is innocent? When a player broke the rule ( not intentionally) due to game glitch or error why a player has to suffer ( mainly want to talk about my case here) Why is staff able to see personal mails (made on forum to a player) Isn't that privacy issue? What happened to player stuff when he/she is permanently banned. I think that too much of questions (but I kinda want to know these) Thanks!

Pasting this here to get ignored by staff since my thread was locked. I never had issue with staff, in fact, I always said PRO, comparing it to other games I played, had one of the best staff I've seen. We all agree the charmander World Quest was a complete disaster. Of course, this was something that wasn't too easy to handle. They made another WQ, which was awesome, if not for: 1. They manage the numbers, they knew it was impossible. 2. They made fun of us after not completing it through a system link, showing this image. I wasn't going to rant until that system message popped up. You are basically laughing at us. Now imagine someone who plays casually because he doesn't have much time, but still loves the game. Imagine he scheduled his time so he was free for 1st WQ. Well, bad luck, he could not do it because of all of the crashes, nothing to do here. Surprise, good news! There's another WQ to "compensate" the last one. Somehow he finds the time to play, and spend 3-4 hours to complete it, just for the goal to not be met. Well, yeah, that's how the system works, I would say, if it wasn't because of the points I mentioned above. I'm not asking them to give us a ticket, or any compensation (although many probably should get one because of the time spent). I'm only ranting about their burlesque attitude, which, if you ask me, doesn't improve the staff - player relationship.

Lets see... What do I think about staff? Well nothing is wrong with them, I started playing this game at exactly 1 year ago, and so far nothing bad has happened. But what's all this thing about Qeight? Lmao... Do most of you even know the dude? I feel this thread is just a massive outbreak of players randomly hating on a guy they don't even know. Why do you hate him btw? Is it because he punished you for something you deserved? Or was it because after all his hard work to improve the game, he did not want to be disrespected by the likes of PRO players who don't even know what he does? Why don't you be a GM and deal with the kind of people in PRO and tell me if you will be able to take the amount of nonsense he takes. @Qeight, You are a good staff, keep doing what your doing. Just don't be so harsh and so brutal when you talk to others. I love this game and community. I could give jack what the staff do with this game. If they want to improve it so be it. If they want to be mean to players so be it, Its their game... I mean we all lived all through our lives until 2014 when PRO was created right? I agree with Cosanostra, not only about IVS but you know how submit pokemon work I dont know how could you think it will be a good idea to make 39 round trip between pokecenter and mysterious cultist. Im sorry but put a wq bidoof who need almost 200 bidoofs its already a joke but when you know how the submiting system work its literaly a non sens to do this. I think the compensation for the failure of the first WQ is a succes 0 player got the compensation, I think it was bugged or realy well balanced

Do you really believe that many people haven't just set their age on YouTube to be 18+ just so they don't get an age restriction. I've personally spoken to many viewers on your channel, and know that they are <18. Yes YouTube can say what it wants, but that's more info that can be forged. Against the law all you want, the government can't confirm anything, because tracking your data isn't something they're allowed to do. Google is a different story, but governments aren't allowed to track your data. Also lying against your age is only a thing on government/employment contracts. Making a random Gmail doesn't really do anything About your poll idea, again, it's your influence that has already spread. I am a bit scared to say that, but I personnaly never understood this hate against Q8. I remember him from Yellow Server, he was very cool and helpfull. He probly do and did some mistakes, as everybody. It must be, obviously, very hard to stay respectful with people who arent. Dosent mean he can be rude freely, but it dosent mean he is a bad staff either.

I thought I will give my two cents here as a former Staff and quite the old player (some people might know me as Chris) as well, especially since this is just a unnecessary witchhunt at this point. Before I start a few words to @Belzebel: You are promoting 18+ content on your social media, including your Discord (Guild Discord!) based around a Pokemon game with a usually rather young audience for your own personal gain. In that case, money and attention. Feel free to deny that, but we both know the truth, I have known you for years. Here is the issue though. As soon as somebody does not agree with your opinion or dislikes you for named reasons, he is a hater, jealous of you or whatnot and you genuinely believe that you are doing nothing wrong. You also genuinely believe that Staff is targetting you, but the truth is, you break rules all the time and usually get away with a warning. Maybe you should start to reflect whether or not everyone else is the problem, or maybe you and work on it? Now, a few words directly towards the team. Staff in general has huge problems and did so for many years. Sadly, they did not get resolved and just got worse. Probably 2/3 of the team swapped entirely during my time and most of the people I actually liked to work with got so fed up that they left, me included. So, what exactly was going on? I will explain my experience and view, so this is subjective. Every decision has to go through @Walrosskastanie, if he does not like the idea, it will usually get denied. It is irrelevant whether the entire team proposes that it would benefit the game or not. In my case, that was CS stuff (basically everything you interact with, aka press spacebar), but it is not limited to that specifically. Some quality check is totally fine and needed, but you usually do not get through that easily. Most of the time, many pings and dm's were necessary to even get a response. Wally, I talked to you so often about that and it was an issue when I joined and when I left. You are massively overloaded and need to distribute some work/decision making to others not named @Cames who is busy enough as well. Somebody has to be trustworthy enough at this point. Next major issue: The team itself. Basically, the people. I am very sorry if i hurt somebody in this paragraph, but I always prefered telling the truth over being liked and pretending like all of you do great work and are there for good reason. Basically, half the team has the complete wrong intentions and the personalities you find there, showing especially when some got promoted to "higher" positions is just disgusting. For example, powertripping (which is rather common inside a specific role :d) ala God complex, threatening people to make sure they get banned ingame and from Staff for literally no reason other than them being mad at you. I got enough screenshots, but I wont publish that. Next up, a good amount joining as testers (sorry its just most common there than elsewhere) just for the rewards while not even trying to find a bug, reading the dialogue or anything else other than spamming through our scripts and saying its all working. On top of that, many new people completely unqualified for the position, in fact so much in our CS team that we had to introduce a new role called "Story Writer", because half of the CS team suddenly didn't speak even decent english. We started to break our own recruitment rules, accepted a bunch of people very, very immature, incapable of speaking understandable English in roles where exactly that is a necessity. It got to the point where we went from usually quite bugless scripts with barely bug reports, to the bug reports channel having hundreds of just grammar corrections for even the simplest sentences. This doesn't even include the huge amount of the dumbest bugs just showing that the CS didn't even check his script once for himself. Also, a bunch of people tried to force their opinion on in game decisions including certain PvP decisions for their own advantage. Somebody really needed a Excadrill, so has to argue that we have to add Exca to 3 bosses, Excavations and headbutt. On top of that, we also improve the tier of the spawn and give some reasoning, which doesnt even makes sense, but that is okay. (This example did not happen, but stuff like this sadly happened all the time and I talked multiple times with @Keita about it, it improved slightly) About the Staff - Player relation: If you actually think there is a very mature discussion inside Staff, you are wrong. Players are being made fun of, are being treated differently depending on how liked they are etc. Always was like this and never changed. For example, @Waleed1301 was the most active and one of the nicest people with a little bad backstory (not even close to being as bad as mine who exploited the game once) but was stamped by half the team as immature and annoying. @Keita wanted to give him a shot, but many threatened to leave the team or started insulting each other and him if he ever dares to join the team. And guess what, he got declined even though he would have been probably the best out of all the CC's right now. Fun fact, if you searched "waleed" in the general chat, it was so bad that they wanted to clear the entire chat when he almost joined. Another thing are all the empty promises. I get it, you work on something and get excited and make an announcement that it will come to the game soon. But it often takes months and in some cases years for it to happen, lack of communication and organisation in the team and the constant leaving/recruiting DUE TO all the issues. Did anyone ever wonder where Astrella is? I can promise you, this could have been finished a year ago, easily. People get the lead on the project, do nothing for months and then leave with no progress. Over and over. Talking about organisation, the events do not have to be delayed all the time, the team just got lazy and unorganized with last minute submissions. We often didn't even see the requested art before the event started. If you really care about improving any relation, you would have to kick half of the Staff team including many in higher positions, which will never happen, might even be impossible and therefore results in good people leaving and the ones with bad intentions staying. Its rather funny that everyone I knew with a good education, that I considered as smart, left one after another. I could name some impressive people I got to known there, but I will keep that private as well, they probably know. A good chunk of Staff also needs to be disrespectful and even insulting in public chats. Guys, you represent the game? If nobody knows you are Staff, then go ahead and act all monkey, but not as representatives. This is the actual witchhunt in this channel right now, but @Qeight isn't even the biggest problem there. Felix, personal message again, I told you to relax and be atleast a bit more reputable in public, you really have to work on this since the work you are doing is awesome. Funny enough, I was the black sheep for being especially disrespectful inside Staff for above named reasons all the time as well. But at the end, we are like this because we want to improve and work on the game, other than the people we get so mad at for getting in our way with their ego and stupidity. There is actually way more, but this is more than enough insight for people who want to know the current Staff situation and for Staff to hopefully realize why the community dislikes you so much. We have had such a good team back then and it all went more and more downhill in almost no time, but I told you almost all of it already. PS: Not proofreading this one, sorry for mistakes.

Hello Keita, this is a very good thread ( staff - player relation ) to avoid confusion I will start with the positives. I really respect your professionalism in your responses in some cases and your will to always find a way to improve, but I will tell you why there isnt any kind of trust towards staff including you. I agree with Mcshittier about the RMT thing and how long it takes to be handled on a side note it feels bad for the ones being banned for 6 months lets say and then theyr proven innocent, which basically makes the process not credible, you handled a case once about someone responsible of RMT due to the main staff that was handling it being afk (Q8) iirc the player stayed banned for almost 6 month until you came and helped him and removed his ban due to lack of evidence, after a while he gets a contract to be on staff and is fully qualified, as soon as you see this you request him to be kicked just because he was banned, and his ban wasnt justifiable, why would you kill the goals or the dreams of this player especially after all he faced and he showed loyalty to pro and willingness to help ? how would this player ever respect or trust you in this ? Another personal case I applied for staff twice, the first time you rejected me with 0 reasons and you replied in almost a month or so, I took it with an open heart and pmd you and I recall my words telling you " i'll consider you as a brother but I would appreciate more transparency on whats needed to fit the requirement," the only thing you did was say brother? (seemed sarcastic to me) and I never heard from you anything about this matter. which gave me a very bad impression about you, like if you really wanna close to the player the minimal thing you could do is answer a simple question. Yea i know youve made this thread now for this but dont you think its a bit late? it's not that easy to build trust after several disappointments. Before I applied for a second time many close friends pmd me and told me dont bother, Keita hates you, I laughed it off and re applied but yea same thing no clear response no transparency, I mean ive been in pro for almost 4 years been guiding a guild for some several years, always willing to help bla bla... after this time I pmd you and asked you about this case about if i should ever apply to staff or shall I wait till the ones that hate me are no longer there you said something i dont know i havent seem them yet etc..) it was obvious that you were trying to play it subtle, so i didnt really bother myself to apply or anything, but what I made sure of that staff will never be on good terms with the players if they keep acting as if they are above them knowing the players are the customers for the game not the other way round. You'll come with " I hate you ? why would I ? lol well we all know a famous incident happened last year where a staff member disrespected a country I wont say names regarding this as I dont want another fiasco... so I made a clear announcement in my guild about spam reporting this player/staff and it got leaked to you and other staffs something I dont consider as leak cause it was part of the plan, point is we only received one thing from you " if 1 / 20 players reported its the same" well excuse me its not cause weve seen many cases where suggestions, reports...) gets neglected thats why many went for the report. okay let me go with the flow okay 1 or 20 players wouldve given the same result, the result was " the player has been punished" and in the same time this player stayed as a staff and still does the things he does etc... I mean after reading this can you trust yourself? i dont really know what you were trying to do but I assure thats not the way. Lying to players or giving false hopes especially in such cases, just makes staff and you look corrupted to be honest. Finally, if someone wants to be close to players he should probably play the game ? correct if im wrong how would you know what we go through if you dont play it ? how would you make close connections if your sitting on a high hill throne ( sorry this is how I see staff in general ) I barely saw any staff down to earth or willing to listen to player or giving him advices to be honest. Well, before this topic turns more and more into a pissing contest. It is evident that miscommunication is the key culprit to this whole charade. So i think a middle ground needs to be established from both staff and player alike if both parties wish to improve this situation. To staff ; Unfortunately how good a group of people see themselves, it is the same groups fault for being incapable of showing it to others as well, so i believe improving player-staff interaction (ingame, discord) is necessary to start a healthy conversation, and while this thread does seem a good way to start putting everything on the table, that effort needs to continue even after this thread has ran its course. Listen to your players, improve the things they deem you are lacking, if they are things you cannot improve, explain why in simple english, coz no one is gonna read pages of wall of text in the long run, meaning no one will come back to this thread and read everything just to get a clear picture on things, as much as we want players to do that, the reality is they wont. To players ; There is one fundamental thing that everyone here needs to understand. And i know you all heard this thousands of time but never understood what it means. This is a free-to-play game and staff does not get paid. Meaning they work on the game, moderate the game out of their own free will and dedication. Not for their own sake or just to be able to recieve a legendary pokemon in x amount of months just to show off, because at the end each and every staff wants the game to enjoyed by all. Granted, sometimes behaviours and actions of individuals might seem contrary to that, which is where a player needs to put themselves in staff's shoes and realize the mental toll dealing with every single one of you everyday for months and for some, years. As for how to improve on players end, self-moderate the game. The less toxicity, rulebreak there is to deal with for staff, reduce the stress for both yourselves and staff. Understand the rules, they were made to ensure players that wish to enjoy the game will not be subject to intolerable behaviour or benefit those that would cheat their way into shadowing your hard work put into the game. Be casual with them, half these shitheads are fun to hang out with (except felix ofc, boring guy that one). Its not up to you to decide, this doesn't look very good. This just makes this whole situation blow out of proportion. If 'said' staff see's this, you expect him to be happy and keep his mouth shut? Yes.. most staff are not perfect. But using your Platform on a Pokemon game? Come one. I always say this and I will say it again. If you don't break the rules, this staff won't bother you, its common sense. This whole situation, is just becoming about you. It looks like you are just salty at the fact that you got banned. How do you know the staff didn't punish those people? You just assume you are the only one that has gotten banned. Heck I can even say with confidence (But not pride) I have much more bans than you. You always talk about how staffs target you.. but... Have you ever asked why? Many people might attack me for calling you out, but I have to do it. You said someone like Teerav, but come on (Isn't Teerav personally close to you?) You make it look like just because your close-friend who has a perfect record to say, thinks a staff is bad, the 'said' staff must get punished. You say they banned you for some wrong reason, however, this may sound dumb but.. Emfire (Is a PRO guild.) It may be your own private guid, but it has ties to PRO itself. Soo you saying its your own guild, just doesnt seem valid. I could say the same thing when someone from PRO, starts sending questionable pictures to other players. Its DM chat right? But the victim and the attacker, both have ties to the game, so the game can take any decision they want on the attacker. Keita is not one to ban people out of blue... I say this cause I have had a case with him, and I can say he is respectful and patient. Honestly, I know this isn't even about Staff relationship anymore. This is just becoming about 1 staff and that is Qeight. I see no problem with the guy, he is doing the best for the game. He's not perfect, but he isn't bad. You all want to treat this staff like he is the tyrant of all staffs. But he is just brutally honest. If this was a normal player, you all would call him a troll. But because he is a GM and he has power, you all want him good. Thats not fair. The staffs are doing all they can. If you just keep attacking this staff, I will sure as heck forget about the fact im a staff and slander you.

Don't get me involved with this, i just want to clarify this The vote is from YOUR 311 players, it's from players who watch you, or know you, and listen to what you do. Understandably there will be a few cases of people that just voted because they saw the poll, but for the majority, it's your fanbase. If you suggest something, they'll do similar, if you use something, they'll as well. It's a hive mindset and you're the queen bee. You've developed such a strong reputation throughout PRO with your youtube, and grown it significantly that a lot of people will follow along with what you say. So if you tell people that Felix is a bad person, and then provide backing reasons, most of those people will believe you, and agree with you, even if they have none of their own reasons to. Its frustrating how the purpose of this thread is not met. Instead of keep complaining, we can start think of stuff to improve the relationship. At least at this point - after 20 pages text. (I mean, in my first post I also just complained pretty much, but after 200 replies we should have seen everythign so far) Because after 20 pages of feedback, taunt, pointing out ridicolus assumptions, bringing own bans in focus in hope smt can be done, we havent really had a talk together about Staff & Player relationship. Some try. At this point I can see that many people dont know much how the staff team issue punishments, which is no wonder because in PRO we legit have ten topics of rules which are also not small. This stuff got explained here as well, that staff can not randomly ban people perma, and that every mod can see a others mod decision while there are even leads who control that. I remember that mods often link the rules when handling a appeal but still maybe it makes sense to create a 'Is my ban justified' topic which you link after every dicipline appeal with doubts. There is a explanation similar to this one answer made by Shinohara where he explained that the chance that your ban is bs is very low and other stuff - in a way where a normal user with doubs may be satified. A other big point it that people are annoyed by long ban's or better said by the long time it needs till a Discipline Appeal is solved. On one hand I can understand that, especially when the user is innocent because its ridicolus how long it takes sometimes till a case is solved. On the other hand, in most cases the user is not completely innocent and usually you dont get banned often in your player career. At least this is a point staff can work on as this seems to be a big thing I guess you can still solve a RMT case (for example) with only trade and chat banning a person, giving him a in-game notification with the request to create a appeal and only banning the person completely if the appeal is not made - Or smt similar like that, its not my task to solve that problem but I think there is something possible to work on to make players feel more comfy in a case where currently the whole acc is banned. Something else is the words used by staffers. When I was staff, we handled harsh infractions with words that are neither insulting nor taunting but kinda cold, which can drift up fast to 'unfriendly'. Many people really dont like that and I really doubt such a strategy or whatever doesnt help that a user is more honest. A kinder handling of appeals would help for the relationship - even when you know as staffer that the person is to 99% not innocent. It shouldnt be exaggerated and obviosly faked, but stuff like 'please' and 'sorry' should always be a thing (Im not saying thats never the case, but I read enough appeals where it is). A other big thing is Q8, where it is ridicolus how discriminating people can be. How can you judge if his staff work is good, decent or bad? Because you dont get an answer in less than 2 days? GG! I also dont understand how people can especially like a staff member with the reason hes doing super great mod work. How do you know?! Because they say in discord they like your pfp?! His behavior in the PRO discord was pretty bad imo. He taunted in a ugly way and even insulted. Many people see it the same way. This is not how a staff person should interact with ppl in a official discord. Anyway, some people may forget that the are themself not much better, or ignore daily ppl who are worse. Ofc we are "just players" so its different (still no reason to be an [butt]), but some people act like Q8 insulted the mothers of everyone in the discord personally. Thats hardcore, like you can take any problem and ppl but a "because of Q8" in it when he is connected to this problem just a little bit. There is for sure some critism that makes some sense, but many people dont even know what some talk is about and say hes doing bs. On other hand I read somewhere in this thread that he is aware that this was not okay. In a side note what maybe 20 people read. I could imagine that he has a other opinion, but still this is something most people here are interested in. A statement in this regards would be good I think, since this is to 50% a Q8 topic. Last thing are suggestions, I cant say it enough that it is bad when noone answers suggestions. Yes, everyone knows "you read them", but it doesnt feel like you read them because often those are much wanted suggestions and there is no feedback about what the suggestion is missing, why it is not liked etc. - We want feedback. Why should I suggest stuff when it rots away in the forum and dont ger any feedback. Honestly, why? For sure this has impact on the relationship. Suggestions in the forums, the usually said 'best place to suggest sutff' , can't be answered, but discussing at random discords and in pm's is totally possibe

I hope you don't think that the "survey" that you posted in your YouTube channel is even slightly representative or should even be commented at, so I am going to forgo that you brought it up and address the other points from the view of a by-stander. You're right that you cannot stop people from fake reporting you that's just how people are like when they crave attention, however I am confused as to why you bring it up. You made it very clear in your posts that you think your ban is justified and that you accept it. So what is the point of telling people how the ban changed you and how you dropped the toxic behavior you were exhibiting? That just means you are feeling remorse and that you matured, congratulations. As I said, some of the things should probably have been discussed in private, but I really don't think it was done to discredit you. Calling it "the most immature thing [you've] ever seen from an admin" is just a mindless hyperbole. In general, I found his answers in this thread rather conclusive so far and I don't understand why you have the feeling of not being heard. Keita probably heard you a bit too well. Being toxic in response to toxicity is still being toxic and should be punished. So if someone reports such an altercation, both parties will get punished, or neither party, as I have experienced in the past. Naturally, that means that you have to hold your tongue more than others, but that is the price of fame, so to speak. Requesting leniency because of that is not the answer, it just extrapolates the problem. If a mod in chat sees [heck] like in your screenshots, I am sure they will punish the idiots accordingly, but of course they are not always around, not much you can do about that if you don't want to report. Then ignoring them is the next best thing you can do. Another point: Why are you so adamant that PreHax didn't get punished just because staff didn't oust him? Or do you feel that removal from the staff team is the only valid way of changing something? I mean, looking at it realistically, PreHax stopped with the sarcastic emoji reactions in this thread even tho he has been active in the forum. Just that my intentions are clear: I understand your problem and I don't want to convince you, I just feel that your view on the matter is a bit one-sided.

The only thing you can really accuse him of is that it could have been discussed in private and that he could have asked beforehand if it was OK to publicly divulge that drama. Thats why you should always SS your conversation if it toxic in nature. Under fairuse agreement, which is the legal greyarea how pokemon mmos are made and stay alive. Staff/owners are not allowed to pocket the donations for themselves, unless they want a lawsuit. Or someone in staff is jeff bezos rich and doesnt mind throwing money away. İsnt that basicaly the yearly PRO awards made by the community? The literal dream of every moderation staff regardless of game, is having a self-moderating community with reports etc. To put into perspective, lets say an epidemic of trolls took over PRO, staff alone can clean it up in lets say 3 months tops, with a self-moderating community it'll take 3 weeks.

Edit: I made a mistake and didnt put the context in the above pictures. Im sorry for that, because apparently its ok as pro staffer to insult people and use bad language if they post 'stupid' stuff. If you want the full context, please search this stuff in the pro discord and only then make yoursef a opinion on it. No idea why many people dont like staff, abselutely no idea. Sadly the impact of a few loud have also impact of all other staffs, the generalization happens pretty fast. Its smt natural in a humans brain. Imagine you are new to the game and this is the first impression of staff. I only have screens from him because its current, the most obvious and I didnt had to search long. But there are also other staffs which lost their good tone a couple of times. Its obvious that there are many players much worse than that, but as staffer you should always have a bit proffesionalism - no matter if they talk with someone who does the same. I also read many appeals from my friends, because their english is not so well for example. And its crazy how unfriendly and snootily staffs answere there (but also not only there) sometimes. They missunderstand stuff and dont even say sorry afterwards for example. Its not a crime to say that you are wrong in some points - some staff members completely refuse to do that sometimes. Ofc many people dont trust staff about game content announcements, even when many additions are good, they often getting not as much appreciated because they got announced to be published long times ago or with the publishing the server starts crashing much more often. Corsi island is also a example. PRO summer tour 2020. I advise anyone new to not expect much from changes, and that no eta defenitely doesnt has to mean 'soon'. Exclude the totally disgusting server crashes, the game actually makes fun and is cool content wise, but with all those impressions its hard to believe myself. There is a bit more but in the end it sums up in those 2 main points. So, for me its no wonder that players (at least for many that I know including myself) dont really trust many staffers and I cant disagree that some staff members act like ... not staff members to word it kindly, which has impact how you see the whole team.
