Hello there all my fellow PRO players, unfortunately I'll be leaving PRO now due to my own personal reasons. I wish everyone good luck and good fortune. I will miss you all especially my fellow Discord Moderators and my Guild, both Teammagma and New Leaf who have supported me through all the tough times. I'll be leaving every PRO related server aswell. P.s. I am not leaving becuase of a rank reset in pro discord, there has been many factors from the past leading to this day. It has always been my dream to a Community Coordinator for PRO though unfortunately I was never given the chance. There isn't really much more I can say but I hope you enjoy the release of Megas.

I remember when you first came into the server when i was a dmod and you were this toxic kid i couldnt wait to ban. I hated your guts and hated you for the longest time and even remembered telling the other dleads that I would leave if you ever joined dmod. However you did a complete 360 and started helping the community. You helped people in ways nobody did and i dont see anyone taking your over your legacy of the support chat in the future. We all have our vices and they may hamper us in our lives which may have led to you not getting staff but that doesnt matter now. Regardless of everything its been a fun two years with ya, drama and everything. Maybe in another life we could have been better friends. I will miss you waleed and I wish you the best of luck. Let's clear some things up, there are reasons why people don't get picked up as staff. Waleed knows these reasons but didn't change them or tried to fix them. Best of luck to him though, I brought him back to Dmod in the first place so I saw the potential.

You actually helped the newbies and the vets of PRO a lot more than some of the past staff members did. Which stands to be argued, why didn't they give you a shot? It was clearly earned by the work you put in, to which everyone can vouch for. I am pretty sure that staff does not want to make any bigger advertisement for PRO just because they use the original pokemon graphics, sounds, names, etc. - Not sure about the legal status of all this. If "The Pokemon Company" agrees with all of this if they mention. Also I dont know about any contact between staff and "The Pokemon Company" - so maybe they said its all fine bcs it is just a community fan project. All in all I would not risk anything at this point - rather be careful with that .

There are two or three issues with asking for a big streamer to come and advertise the game: 1.- There might be too much of an influx of people also joining in and the servers probably will explode a bit. They're normally at almost half of their capacity. Now imagine a streamer with steady 20k viewers + uploading highlights afterwards to Youtube. If the max population per server is 1825 and we're in the 600s, you can kinda see where the problem is. 2.- Now imagine 50% or more of these players DON'T read the rules. Would it happen? Yes, of course. Imagine the amount of extra workload the Staff team would have if they had to suddenly handle thousands of extra reports a day. Look up the number of Moderators and you'll understand how releasing an influx of people can affect the servers. 3.- Excessive attention to PRO is never completely a good idea. Bringing attention to the game does not correlate to having that new playerbase surely stay. 10k viewers suddenly making accounts and joining might not make them stay, they may just leave the next day for another game. PRO should be advertised ear to ear, everyone to their friends, and there could be rewards if they reached something like the Kanto Elite 4, to motivate them to keep playing, in my opinion. It would also be a reward for current players. The argument that PRO is dying (somehow) is stupid. Yes, the activity might go down a few times, but it always manages to go back up with new big updates. Otherwise, what purpose would serve bringing new updates to the game if the playerbase didn't increase and just kept leaving? I just hope PRO will be around for some years so I can make more guides for the playerbase.

To answer your question more precisely: you can buy the bike as soon as you reach Vermillion. You do not need any specific badge to purchase it. You can only trade with other players after you beat the 4th badge in Celadon. This answers your questions directly. The bike can be purchased for 60k or 40k if you also capture a Ditto and bring it to the Old Man who lives in the house next to the pokecenter in vermillion. You can earn a lot of money by doing the quests in Viridian, Pewter and Cerulean (approximately around 25 to 30k atleast). Then, you can grab the Rare Candies hidden in Viridian City, Viridian Forest, the Stardust in Route 3, the Star Piece in Mt Moon and the Rare Candies from the Clefairy quest in Cerulean. These Rare Candies can be sold each at 7k in trade chat so you would get 28k. The Star Piece and Stardust can be sold in Route 25, which would give you 12k. You'd have 40k with that alone. If you do some missions in the places mentioned above, do dig spots after the third badge, grab pokestops after the fourth badge (and get lucky with rare candies) you can get more than enough money for it.
