Dear members and moderator s. Today this was very bad moment - both contest's and the same time. Many people who wanted to participate support my feelings now so im sure they will vote for +1 My suggestion is - make the fishing contest at Saturday and Bcc at Sunday. That way we could play on both contest's and have more fun.

Game Testers. What are Game Testers? Game Testers are expert users who work alongside Developers, Content Scripters and Mappers and provide useful feedback as well as report any errors and bugs. We use a separate testing server where users are given a new character with access to anything that may aid in testing. Why do we need them? Our staff team is in need of Game Testers to test new and upcoming implementations to PRO. For a while now, we have been rewarding users who help us test various important updates before they're released. In order to bring better content to PRO, we are making the Game Tester an official rank in the staff team. This will streamline communication between content staff and testers to allow better and faster testing. How are they chosen? Game Testers have to go through an apprenticeship where they will be watched to see how efficiently they work as well as how well their communication and activity is. Game Testers will be given a new account that has access to various staff commands to aid their testing. Game Testers will be officially recognised as PRO Staff members once their apprenticeship is passed. Requirements & Application process. Requirements: All requirements are mandatory. You wont be considered if you do not meet the base requirements At least 500 hours of playtime. Be able to clearly communicate in English. Sinnoh champion. 18+ years old. Able to dedicate your time and deliver efficiently. What we're looking for: Strong communication. High patience levels. Reliability. Able to persistently repeat the same work. Hello PRO, Imo there is an issue with repeateable NPC, like for example the Little Cup Elite 4 or the Bosses. The cooldown of the LC is 24hours, if I would want to do them during my lunch break every day I would start at 12am, beat them. The next day I would naturally have to start a bit later than 12 (its simply impossible to keep the timing), therefore it delay the whole fights, every mistake during the fights delays the whole fight for every day to come. So while I started doing them at 12 at the beginning of the event, I am now doing them at 14.30, as they slowly get pushed back in my daily routine due to the cooldown being 24h. Imo this defeats the purpose of integrating daily quests into your day when they keep "moving up" your shedule, I would like to do my little cup at 12am every day, and I would like to do my bosses friday at 6pm every 2 weeks. If the cooldown would be a bit shorter, maybe 23h instead of 24h it would be possible to have the fights in my daily shedules, even half an hour can help. It would also fix that one mistake during a fight delays you forever as long as you want to do them on cooldown. Imo cutting one hour off the cd wont bring any profits to players, if you can do them on CD consistently it would mean 1 extra round in 24 days, which I think is quite unlikely to happen. Regarding the Gallade, when posting the SS of the bid, please always mention on what pokemon it was bidded (I could check via an investigation it was on Gallade), but please keep in mind, the SS has to have: The bid amount, the player name & the pokemon that is being auctioned (if you haveing multiple ones in auction at the same time). The Spawn Editor update allows me to see actual percentages that are expected - previously I had to run a calculation which was very annoying but resulted in the same thing. The 2-3 encounters per hour are based on an encounter variable of 300-360 encounters per hour. The idea behind the spawn is very much in favor of going either/or and not a combined spawn. It is either you go for a Jolly/Adamant Sync and hunt the rare Pokemon on the map or you go for your prefered Rotom Sync and hunt for a Rotom Form. The spawns are not created with Bots or Macro users in mind - we catch them anyway. They will cheat regardless of what spawn there is. Those spawns were a mistake and are the very result of my inactivity. You are asking for handouts - participation trophies like a third grader. There are 11 Rotom Forms already on the servers. So it is clearly possible and some things have to be rare and not handouts. This is not an MMO spirit I share.

RNG - you are statistically expected to encounter 2-3 Rotoms per hour This is line with every rare spawn in the game. There isn't a whole lot to say about your post that I have not in length explained to you or others in the countless posts I have made about these types of subjects. In the old days, so speaking pre-2017 & me taking over pretty much every aspect of spawns - you were expected to encounter one rare Pokemon per hour, this has since doubled/trippled As for the Rotom - there is already a new spawn planned when it will release is solely up to the content team and not me. The spawns are done and already adress your above mentioned issues. All spawns were done prior to the event starting so this wasn't something reactionary. Anyway - nothing else to say.
