I thought I will give my two cents here as a former Staff and quite the old player (some people might know me as Chris) as well, especially since this is just a unnecessary witchhunt at this point. Before I start a few words to @Belzebel: You are promoting 18+ content on your social media, including your Discord (Guild Discord!) based around a Pokemon game with a usually rather young audience for your own personal gain. In that case, money and attention. Feel free to deny that, but we both know the truth, I have known you for years. Here is the issue though. As soon as somebody does not agree with your opinion or dislikes you for named reasons, he is a hater, jealous of you or whatnot and you genuinely believe that you are doing nothing wrong. You also genuinely believe that Staff is targetting you, but the truth is, you break rules all the time and usually get away with a warning. Maybe you should start to reflect whether or not everyone else is the problem, or maybe you and work on it? Now, a few words directly towards the team. Staff in general has huge problems and did so for many years. Sadly, they did not get resolved and just got worse. Probably 2/3 of the team swapped entirely during my time and most of the people I actually liked to work with got so fed up that they left, me included. So, what exactly was going on? I will explain my experience and view, so this is subjective. Every decision has to go through @Walrosskastanie, if he does not like the idea, it will usually get denied. It is irrelevant whether the entire team proposes that it would benefit the game or not. In my case, that was CS stuff (basically everything you interact with, aka press spacebar), but it is not limited to that specifically. Some quality check is totally fine and needed, but you usually do not get through that easily. Most of the time, many pings and dm's were necessary to even get a response. Wally, I talked to you so often about that and it was an issue when I joined and when I left. You are massively overloaded and need to distribute some work/decision making to others not named @Cames who is busy enough as well. Somebody has to be trustworthy enough at this point. Next major issue: The team itself. Basically, the people. I am very sorry if i hurt somebody in this paragraph, but I always prefered telling the truth over being liked and pretending like all of you do great work and are there for good reason. Basically, half the team has the complete wrong intentions and the personalities you find there, showing especially when some got promoted to "higher" positions is just disgusting. For example, powertripping (which is rather common inside a specific role :d) ala God complex, threatening people to make sure they get banned ingame and from Staff for literally no reason other than them being mad at you. I got enough screenshots, but I wont publish that. Next up, a good amount joining as testers (sorry its just most common there than elsewhere) just for the rewards while not even trying to find a bug, reading the dialogue or anything else other than spamming through our scripts and saying its all working. On top of that, many new people completely unqualified for the position, in fact so much in our CS team that we had to introduce a new role called "Story Writer", because half of the CS team suddenly didn't speak even decent english. We started to break our own recruitment rules, accepted a bunch of people very, very immature, incapable of speaking understandable English in roles where exactly that is a necessity. It got to the point where we went from usually quite bugless scripts with barely bug reports, to the bug reports channel having hundreds of just grammar corrections for even the simplest sentences. This doesn't even include the huge amount of the dumbest bugs just showing that the CS didn't even check his script once for himself. Also, a bunch of people tried to force their opinion on in game decisions including certain PvP decisions for their own advantage. Somebody really needed a Excadrill, so has to argue that we have to add Exca to 3 bosses, Excavations and headbutt. On top of that, we also improve the tier of the spawn and give some reasoning, which doesnt even makes sense, but that is okay. (This example did not happen, but stuff like this sadly happened all the time and I talked multiple times with @Keita about it, it improved slightly) About the Staff - Player relation: If you actually think there is a very mature discussion inside Staff, you are wrong. Players are being made fun of, are being treated differently depending on how liked they are etc. Always was like this and never changed. For example, @Waleed1301 was the most active and one of the nicest people with a little bad backstory (not even close to being as bad as mine who exploited the game once) but was stamped by half the team as immature and annoying. @Keita wanted to give him a shot, but many threatened to leave the team or started insulting each other and him if he ever dares to join the team. And guess what, he got declined even though he would have been probably the best out of all the CC's right now. Fun fact, if you searched "waleed" in the general chat, it was so bad that they wanted to clear the entire chat when he almost joined. Another thing are all the empty promises. I get it, you work on something and get excited and make an announcement that it will come to the game soon. But it often takes months and in some cases years for it to happen, lack of communication and organisation in the team and the constant leaving/recruiting DUE TO all the issues. Did anyone ever wonder where Astrella is? I can promise you, this could have been finished a year ago, easily. People get the lead on the project, do nothing for months and then leave with no progress. Over and over. Talking about organisation, the events do not have to be delayed all the time, the team just got lazy and unorganized with last minute submissions. We often didn't even see the requested art before the event started. If you really care about improving any relation, you would have to kick half of the Staff team including many in higher positions, which will never happen, might even be impossible and therefore results in good people leaving and the ones with bad intentions staying. Its rather funny that everyone I knew with a good education, that I considered as smart, left one after another. I could name some impressive people I got to known there, but I will keep that private as well, they probably know. A good chunk of Staff also needs to be disrespectful and even insulting in public chats. Guys, you represent the game? If nobody knows you are Staff, then go ahead and act all monkey, but not as representatives. This is the actual witchhunt in this channel right now, but @Qeight isn't even the biggest problem there. Felix, personal message again, I told you to relax and be atleast a bit more reputable in public, you really have to work on this since the work you are doing is awesome. Funny enough, I was the black sheep for being especially disrespectful inside Staff for above named reasons all the time as well. But at the end, we are like this because we want to improve and work on the game, other than the people we get so mad at for getting in our way with their ego and stupidity. There is actually way more, but this is more than enough insight for people who want to know the current Staff situation and for Staff to hopefully realize why the community dislikes you so much. We have had such a good team back then and it all went more and more downhill in almost no time, but I told you almost all of it already. PS: Not proofreading this one, sorry for mistakes.20 points

Just wanted to say thank you for making this post, and hopefully more people will read it and give it some thought. I don't usually post in these topics because I feel like they are always unproductive and have so much unnecessary drama. Hopefully that isn't the case here, this post has my support and hopefully we can see some action to make this amazing game better!8 points

Its not up to you to decide, this doesn't look very good. This just makes this whole situation blow out of proportion. If 'said' staff see's this, you expect him to be happy and keep his mouth shut? Yes.. most staff are not perfect. But using your Platform on a Pokemon game? Come one. I always say this and I will say it again. If you don't break the rules, this staff won't bother you, its common sense. This whole situation, is just becoming about you. It looks like you are just salty at the fact that you got banned. How do you know the staff didn't punish those people? You just assume you are the only one that has gotten banned. Heck I can even say with confidence (But not pride) I have much more bans than you. You always talk about how staffs target you.. but... Have you ever asked why? Many people might attack me for calling you out, but I have to do it. You said someone like Teerav, but come on (Isn't Teerav personally close to you?) You make it look like just because your close-friend who has a perfect record to say, thinks a staff is bad, the 'said' staff must get punished. You say they banned you for some wrong reason, however, this may sound dumb but.. Emfire (Is a PRO guild.) It may be your own private guid, but it has ties to PRO itself. Soo you saying its your own guild, just doesnt seem valid. I could say the same thing when someone from PRO, starts sending questionable pictures to other players. Its DM chat right? But the victim and the attacker, both have ties to the game, so the game can take any decision they want on the attacker. Keita is not one to ban people out of blue... I say this cause I have had a case with him, and I can say he is respectful and patient. Honestly, I know this isn't even about Staff relationship anymore. This is just becoming about 1 staff and that is Qeight. I see no problem with the guy, he is doing the best for the game. He's not perfect, but he isn't bad. You all want to treat this staff like he is the tyrant of all staffs. But he is just brutally honest. If this was a normal player, you all would call him a troll. But because he is a GM and he has power, you all want him good. Thats not fair. The staffs are doing all they can. If you just keep attacking this staff, I will sure as heck forget about the fact im a staff and slander you.4 points

Hello Keita, this is a very good thread ( staff - player relation ) to avoid confusion I will start with the positives. I really respect your professionalism in your responses in some cases and your will to always find a way to improve, but I will tell you why there isnt any kind of trust towards staff including you. I agree with Mcshittier about the RMT thing and how long it takes to be handled on a side note it feels bad for the ones being banned for 6 months lets say and then theyr proven innocent, which basically makes the process not credible, you handled a case once about someone responsible of RMT due to the main staff that was handling it being afk (Q8) iirc the player stayed banned for almost 6 month until you came and helped him and removed his ban due to lack of evidence, after a while he gets a contract to be on staff and is fully qualified, as soon as you see this you request him to be kicked just because he was banned, and his ban wasnt justifiable, why would you kill the goals or the dreams of this player especially after all he faced and he showed loyalty to pro and willingness to help ? how would this player ever respect or trust you in this ? Another personal case I applied for staff twice, the first time you rejected me with 0 reasons and you replied in almost a month or so, I took it with an open heart and pmd you and I recall my words telling you " i'll consider you as a brother but I would appreciate more transparency on whats needed to fit the requirement," the only thing you did was say brother? (seemed sarcastic to me) and I never heard from you anything about this matter. which gave me a very bad impression about you, like if you really wanna close to the player the minimal thing you could do is answer a simple question. Yea i know youve made this thread now for this but dont you think its a bit late? it's not that easy to build trust after several disappointments. Before I applied for a second time many close friends pmd me and told me dont bother, Keita hates you, I laughed it off and re applied but yea same thing no clear response no transparency, I mean ive been in pro for almost 4 years been guiding a guild for some several years, always willing to help bla bla... after this time I pmd you and asked you about this case about if i should ever apply to staff or shall I wait till the ones that hate me are no longer there you said something i dont know i havent seem them yet etc..) it was obvious that you were trying to play it subtle, so i didnt really bother myself to apply or anything, but what I made sure of that staff will never be on good terms with the players if they keep acting as if they are above them knowing the players are the customers for the game not the other way round. You'll come with " I hate you ? why would I ? lol well we all know a famous incident happened last year where a staff member disrespected a country I wont say names regarding this as I dont want another fiasco... so I made a clear announcement in my guild about spam reporting this player/staff and it got leaked to you and other staffs something I dont consider as leak cause it was part of the plan, point is we only received one thing from you " if 1 / 20 players reported its the same" well excuse me its not cause weve seen many cases where suggestions, reports...) gets neglected thats why many went for the report. okay let me go with the flow okay 1 or 20 players wouldve given the same result, the result was " the player has been punished" and in the same time this player stayed as a staff and still does the things he does etc... I mean after reading this can you trust yourself? i dont really know what you were trying to do but I assure thats not the way. Lying to players or giving false hopes especially in such cases, just makes staff and you look corrupted to be honest. Finally, if someone wants to be close to players he should probably play the game ? correct if im wrong how would you know what we go through if you dont play it ? how would you make close connections if your sitting on a high hill throne ( sorry this is how I see staff in general ) I barely saw any staff down to earth or willing to listen to player or giving him advices to be honest. Thank you and sorry for any inconvenience in advance.3 points

Sup, To follow Pinklax's post : I think 3500000 ivs was really to high. You needed 17500 ivs for 0,5%, so ( 17500 ivs / (186 / 2 = 93)) = 188 bidoofs to be potentially safe. Let's say you catch one bidoof each min, the result will be 3 hours and 8 min. Then you had to SUBMIT all of them 5 by 5, a horrific task . 188 / 5 = 37,6, so 38 min. It took me 4 hours to do everything mentionned above. But not everyone was hyped, nor had maybe the time to hunt a t1 for 4 hours straight ( Work, Timezone etc...) I understand that Walross had in mind that even if this is such a big number, a t1 is relatively easy to hunt and therefore no problems should have occured. But the difference here is 17500 ivs feel like an enormous mountain to climb on. And not everyone was enough motivated to do it. 100 bidoof max would have been better imo. Let's not forget that there is a certain quantity of newbies that didn't have access to Sinnoh, where bidoof spawns are. So to avoid that end in the future, I would suggest Walross to lower needed ivs, to come back on old WQs where you needed like 1/4 less ivs than the current ones. Those old WQs were a pleasant hunting party. On the other hand, current WQs can be really frustrating for unlucky people if they don't finish it at time with their occupation etc... Take as an example yesterday WQ with Archen that needed 880ish ivs, I know some people that got 2 Archen in 2 hours ! They can't allow themself to stay this amount of time for reasons listed above. Without mentionning the Bidoof one that felt like a FATALITY for some people. After explaining all of this, if the decision hadn't been rushed as Cosanostra said. None of this would have happened. Don't get me wrong, It's ok to do mistakes ! You have a hell of a game, don't waste it. I hope Walross will take this in consideration for next WQs. With all of that said, I wish you a good day. Kind Regards. Fafouney.2 points

I agree with Cosanostra, not only about IVS but you know how submit pokemon work I dont know how could you think it will be a good idea to make 39 round trip between pokecenter and mysterious cultist. Im sorry but put a wq bidoof who need almost 200 bidoofs its already a joke but when you know how the submiting system work its literaly a non sens to do this. I think the compensation for the failure of the first WQ is a succes 0 player got the compensation, I think it was bugged or realy well balanced2 points

Hi, Once again, we were shown the amateurism within the staff with this world quest. Don’t come and tell me that this has no relation between staff and players. Do you think the players are happy with this world quest? 3,500,000 ivs, that doesn't make sense. Did you take the time to calculate how many bidoofs you had to catch on average to get 0.5%? Did you factor in how long it would take to catch them first? Then finally, the time it took to give them to the mysterious cultist? I sincerely think that some players are angry, including me, and don’t come and tell me that it is the players' fault. Even a simple thing like picking ivs from a word quest you’re not able to do it, so what is it when it's complicated topics? It is frustrating and annoying. Think before making decisions, it will save you from dissatisfaction. In a decision-making process, I think that the reflection comes before the announcement of the decision and finally its implementation. I hope you will at least agree on this point. Best regards,2 points

I like the second idea overall because it would prevent 2 of the major issues of todays world quest: 1> getting nothing if you reach the personnal goal since world quest is not done 2> everyone can do world quest even if still in kanto/johto The biggest issue with this world quest was players mindset. They saw 3,5M IV and some gave up. Then other calculated 188 bidoofs average and partly gave up. Then seeing progress was too slow many gave up too because it looked too dire. Overall this world quest was probably easier than charmander one yesterday in terms of farming time. Obviously it also had the issue that the poke we had to farm is useless and we could just farm a few togepi / shynx and starly with this world quest. Still it would have been worth the 2h30 - 3h world farm had enough people taken part for completion. In my opinion there should be slight changes in world quests to be fair to everyone: 1> World quest duration is exactly one day (so you can go above 100% completion) 2> People doing 0,1% of objective get t1 reward / People doing 0,5% of objective get t2 reward / People doing 3% of objective get t3 reward / People doing 10% objective get t4 reward 3> The t1 / t2 / t3 / t4 rewards change depending if objective is 30% done / 100% done / 300% done (keeping same reward as currently for 100%, slightly decreased or increased depending on final state of quest) 4> There is a decent spawn for world quest pokemon in every region (can be added just for the day) This way everyone can farm it whether he is new or not, big farmer or not. It also makes it fair for people working who can't instantly rush world quest when it's out. Since the quest would be up all day, they can farm it late when they come home. If the world quest isn't attractive, willing people can still "easily" reach the 30% and get something for their farm2 points

"People lie about their age" True, but you can't blame Belzebel for their actions Not to mention that most kids watch 18+ content anyways, whats gonna stop them? That being said, can we move away from 18+ content? It's irrelevant to any and everything here. What people do in their freetime or as their work is up to them2 points

I am a bit scared to say that, but I personnaly never understood this hate against Q8. I remember him from Yellow Server, he was very cool and helpfull. He probly do and did some mistakes, as everybody. It must be, obviously, very hard to stay respectful with people who arent. Dosent mean he can be rude freely, but it dosent mean he is a bad staff either.2 points

Alright, I know this is already chaotic, so I will start by saying this will be my last post here. I know many people want me to get "thick skin" and all that. Yea, I agree. Being a Youtuber and following the business I chose, I do have to get used to the bullshit and bla bla bla. Wasting my time explaining myself to people who just wanna hate will drive me insane. Even Jesus had haters. Most of you don't know why I'm so salty. Yea, indeed, Im salty, but I have reasons. I don't like to expose DMs, I really don't. I thought a lot about doing this or not... but since Keita is so willing to expose me, and knowing how staff works, he will close the thread immediately after doing that, so I'm just gonna do this now. Oh, and btw, I'm not afraid of being exposed, I'm already used to it. I just didn't wanna be shut down after he does that, so I will show you now. It is interesting how admins can break rules: Obviously, he will counter my argument saying the policy was edited or something like that. Interesting how staff have the power to change the policy and rules to their convenience. But anyway, he is doing this because: I admit, I expressed myself bad. It is true that staff don't like me, and it is hard to prove that they ban me cause they don't like me. I know my bans had reasons and it was my fault. However, it did have some staff taunting there. Staff waiting for the chaos to start for them to do something. I can't prove that because honestly I dont know how to take screenshots of that. I don't wanna expose others.. I don't want it to become more of a [heck] show that is is now. But, I know most of you know this happens. If you are active in All chat, you know what I'm talking about. I tried to find the screenshot where I was talking in PRO's discord and Qeight provokes me by saying "so many blocked messages, I think someone flipped", something like that. He said that the same day I got banned. Asked a friend to find that screenshot, but all my messages were deleted and it just looks out of context. I'm pretty sure if you were there when the chaos happened, you remember this. He probably also deleted his messages after the drama to save his butt too. Again, I'm not saying I don't deserve to be banned. I'm saying he provoked it for this to happen. After I got banned, he posted this: Celebrating that I got banned. So yea... I have my reasons to think they are bias. Again, this is just one example. I didn't bother to waste my time taking screenshots of staff being bias, because they have the power to ignore and just say I'm wrong. They have the power to pretend brain damage. They have the power to ban and silence me. They have the power to close any thread they want, so I never really bothered, but when they call me a liar, I will at least try to prove I'm not lying. It is hard to get prove when you are outside of the platforms, specially when it already happened. If I try to get proof again, it will be my permaban. Don't get me wrong. Even though I disagree with how staff deals with things, I still like the game. I don't wanna get banned again. I respect a lot of staves too, specially the artists, mappers, scripters, devs... etc. I know it sounds like I'm hating the entire team, but I just don't like how the moderation team works. You guys can moderate how you want, who am I to be the director here, but I just thought the purpose of this thread was to talk about this. I didn't want this to become a [heck] show of exposing players and staves, but it is what it is now. He started it, and he will finish it. I'm not scared of having my bans exposed, we all know I'm toxic. The difference is, I'm not staff. I don't represent the game. I'm not the one you guys are investing time and money into. Im not the one with power to ban and change the rules in my favour. When I was staff, they always told me they expect a mature behavior than the players, because the staff represents the game! If they hate on me, I have to ignore and be the bigger person. I don't see them doing the same. They just defend each other like a bunch of little kids. They don't accept criticism. Yea, I know Qeight is getting a lot of hate and all that, and a lot of you say "Imagine if it was with you, how would u respond?" WELL DUH! IMAGINE? IT HAPPENS TO ME! If he has the reasons to be toxic, I do too. It is just pathetic when it comes from staff though. Now, lets watch when Keita comes to expose my bans like no one knows about it. I won't respond next, so don't expect the drama to continue. Have a nice day.2 points

Don't get me involved with this, i just want to clarify this The vote is from YOUR 311 players, it's from players who watch you, or know you, and listen to what you do. Understandably there will be a few cases of people that just voted because they saw the poll, but for the majority, it's your fanbase. If you suggest something, they'll do similar, if you use something, they'll as well. It's a hive mindset and you're the queen bee. You've developed such a strong reputation throughout PRO with your youtube, and grown it significantly that a lot of people will follow along with what you say. So if you tell people that Felix is a bad person, and then provide backing reasons, most of those people will believe you, and agree with you, even if they have none of their own reasons to. That's all I'm saying, please don't get me involved in this, it's the only comment I'm making2 points

We could use a little game like maybe a pokemon themed form of snake in the log in screen to kill time while servers are down. I think it would be cute and it would probably reduce the spam on pro discord.1 point

This is something i have been very vocal about for a while, but have never made a thread about it. So here it is I find this "mechanic" to be very unhealthy for the game, not only by how it makes pvp less fun, but it also encourages pvpers to not play multiple games in a row, or change their teams after every match to avoid getting either counter teamed/getting the same (bad) matchup again. The latter is especially annoying, its not a matter of just playing it better, some matchups are just polarizing to the point of *forcing you* to change teams. Changing teams after a match is NOT something thats very plausible in an MMO setting, this is especially true for newer players who have just finished their only team and are trying to get their foot in the door of the pvp scene. In some cases, this could be a "good thing" allowing you to "farm" a new player over and over for free rating and coins, this may be a "good" thing for one person, but the person on the receiving end is almost certainly not having fun. I would suspect some new players have given up on pvp solely because they queue up into the same ladder player over and over For someone like me, this mechanic is just HORRIBLE for content creation. I was trying to record a 45 minute video the other day and got the same person 4 times in a row. Obviously fighting the same person 4x in a row isnt something a lot of people would like to watch, so I always only include 1 battle. This 45 minute recording session turned into a 3 hour session of boring hell, and completely ruined my mood for the rest of the video. Now, since i bring this up a lot i hear these 2 arguments against changing this mechanic. First is usually "this is a thing in many other games too" I dont find this to be a good argument at all, mostly for the reasons i stated above. It encourages you to play a different team every game, which is not a viable way to get around this in an MMO setting like ours, hunting/buying/preparing full teams takes a long time, its not something you can do overnight. And "it would make queue times too long" I do not think this would have an impact on the ladder queue at all, again for the reason i stated above. The current system encourages you to only play few games per day, at peak hours to ensure you get the most diversity possible. And even if this does impact the pvp queue times, theres a very simple solution. Make finding the same person 2x in a row an optional setting. Also something i didnt even think of, this would help stop boosters. Thanks for reading, have a nice day, let me know your thoughts on this.1 point

Coming from Gold server which just failed the WQ, I'm sure you can guess I'm not very happy about it. I'd like to offer some suggestions in ways that would make this experience a little bit more forgiving in the case that the event does fail. Players as individuals do not have control of whether or not we reach the final goal, which in this scenario was 3.5m IVs. Players were already upset at the previous event that was missed by most (Archen WQ) because the server was crashing non-stop at the release of the event, making it unbearable to participate. The game later came back on at around 4am EST, at which point most players who were wanting to participate had probably gone to sleep or went about their night since the game had been crashing non-stop. Archen quest didnt go so well, so Bidoof event was created as a way to compensate which is great. I'd like to begin with a couple of options. Please do not take this as me anything more than suggestions. It is your game after all, I just feel this is a horrible for the longevity of this game. 1st option (current) WQ rules: Individual player must reach 0.5% of total IVs - 1 ticket (also includes the 3%) Reward is only given if the server reaches the 100% goal The only change I could see that could help this, is simply allowing X pokemon to appear in EARLY routes of ALL regions. Not every player who plays this game has access to somewhere like Sinnoh: route 202 (Bidoof). Had Bidoof spawned in multiple regions, more players could've participated and we probably would have finished the goal. To put it more into perspective, I know players who have 40+ hours and are just now reaching Sinnoh. These players have also rushed within each region, thus it is not the experience of an average player, meaning an average player would likely need more hours to reach Sinnoh. 2nd option WQ rules: Individual player must reach 0.5% of total IVs - 1 ticket (also includes the 3% reward) World reaches 100% of total IVs - X reward of your choice (anything that you guys would consider not being too much of a reward such as 5 rare candies, or 30,000 Pokedollars per player) This option I feel is the healthier one overall. While I still think it should be with the addition of allowing X pokemon to appear in EARLY routes of ALL regions. This option allows players to reach their 0.5% and have a peace of mind that they will receive their 1 ticket as a reward even if the server does not reach their 100% goal. Players would be happy with their ticket, and if they happen to get an added bonus in extra Pokedollars, rare candies or any other item, then great. Not reaching 100% would not be a big deal, and players would not be upset about their time, effort and pokedollars being wasted for nothing. Something to keep in mind; If you guys decide to make spawns in every region during events, % per player may need to lower as there should be an influx in players participating in the event. Alternatively, maybe increasing the total IVs needed is also an option if enough players partake in the event. Hopefully you guys can manage to find a way to continue these events in a healthy style. The events are great. They bring the community together, and I'm sure we all love that, but with such a small community, I do not think it is ideal to have them be so unforgiving. It is a game after all, and games should be about fun and having a good time, not feeling frustrated because we had to work toward a goal that was already unfeasible from the beginning. Cheers.1 point

Sup, I think 3500000 ivs was really to high. I hope Warloss will take this in consideration for next WQs. With all of that said, I wish you a good day. Kind Regards. Fafouney.1 point

Patreon have it's own measures of age verification, as you stated "her social media", "her Discord", she is not obliged to follow Pro Discord guidelines, since as the rules states "stuff outside pro discord isn't taken in consideration". If she was to blame on that, several staves would have to suffer punishment for racism jokes, homophobia, xenophobia, +18 publications. The difference, is that her work is that, to subscribe on patron you need age verification, if the person lies on it, their parents are the one to blame. The players see that reflection a lot, and many like belzebel and sometimes even mylself I suggest making a "battle frontier", its a gen3 feature that still existed till Unova. Endless battles with some rewards, something to keep players busy without CD "Ah but we cant make another coin, or give tons of rewards, will ruin economy". No one did Emerald game from the start till the end just for the items, but to reach battle frontier, remember, back in the time, was common 50-60h + playing, just to reach the endgame, the rewards were terrible, but still, was fun. I talked to @Walrosskastanie @Cames and they loved the idea (and told me to post as suggestion) so its kinda my fault. but its an example, pvE players want something to do over and over that is not hunting pokes or doing bosses once a week, regardless of the reward. Totally agreed, players don't care if you are you, the moment you speak, using a staff role, you're representing Pro Staff, the higher your position, the heavier the weight of your words, that affects directly players. @Qeight, mostly of players don't have the SLIGHTEST idea of what you do, that's a fact, we (i speak for myself and probably for some staffs(i guess?)) know the importance of your work and u do an amazing job, for real, your work is essential, but you need to communicate to players more, show how the improvements you did will improve their game life, why you did X thing or why u haven't done Y thing. The excitation you throw in your work, you need to hype us too. I know is tiring some times, but players want to understand. The critics about you here, are the reflection of that, u get so tired of so repetitive questions and stuff that you get pissed and all go downhill. Like i said in a previous post, an amazing example that you listen to players was when i dmed you asking a furfrou spawn, and you totally did it. That relationship player x staff was amazing for me, same when i suggested another spawn and you said NO and why, u showed another point of view i didn't had and i totally agreed. I believe most players want that. Don't take the critics here as a personal attack, but as something that should/could be fixed. Thanks for reading this.1 point

Greetings to Everyone! I would like to suggest a new Lunala Wings in Game to be add on the Cosmetic Department! I just realized that it feet really well and blend really nice at the back of a Trainer. I got this Idea after my friend got his LUNALA on the Birth island. we took a few selfie then i notice that the LUNALA was really awesome to watch. I hope that this could be added and in near future. just to bring a new positive way... ✦ A Special thanks to my friend Justkaio for allowing me to use this selfie as a Model Sample. ✦ I would also suggest a new costume since many already like to having Snorlax why could there be a costume as well. ✦ For the availability to where it could be purchased either (Coin Shop, PVE, PVP), but i think the Dev. can decide... ✦ I hope to see this in the future and am excited to have a new wings as a collections!1 point

Think there is a lot of decent stuff here when refined that I thought was fair to raise. I think staff is always going to have a stain for its past and I doubt it will go away. I have a lot of members I have seen with bans of RMT suggested but multiple members that are dealing with it are not people I think actually took part in it but instead have some relation to investigations and this hostage holding I think is a real deal thing. The issue is though is that there are just as malicious players in this game doing dubious things and if they could see proof of how they got banned I think you now have a problem where they learn how to dodge future bans. Multiple staff as far as I know do handle every case but maybe when its GM investigations like RMT it might be more singular. If that is the case that is tough with the volunteer resources available. A council of regular members just will not be trusted with proof and I do not blame them for declining such an idea although I see the value in it. Dealing with the long wait times in ban investigations I think need a solution but idk if this is it. I agree this post is a nice attempt at staff relations, but at least to my opinion I just do not think many in staff have the time AND good will of the player base in trust. Like everyone loves Cames for instance but he obviously just gets lost in the coding and avoids this stuff like the Plague while people on the front lines of these relations I do not have that much trust it appears from what I read. Think someone actually trusted in most of the community, that is not an enemy or friend of staff, would be nice to make an assistant to help with staff relations related work. Think a small scale example of this is Joro in the PvP side of things for council.1 point

The PRO API was meant to be released when the thread was created. Sadly, I had to disable the API a few days right after the release due to performance and privacy concerns. The API literally crashed the servers. Also, I changed my mind. I don't want to expose user sensitive data like money without the explicit permission of the user. I wanted to create a privacy concept for the API first. This should be handled by the API himself not by the developer. The Players should have the control to decide which data are should be visible for all other players or devs. The Website and Dashboard still run a truncated version of the APIv1. I couldn't start working on the APIv2 yet cause there is always other stuff that needs my attention. It should be clear that I don't work on the API Code while the servers are crashing hourly. There are a lot of projects that need my daily attention: Staff tooling, Website, Dashboard, Server, Battle-System so on. Also, I prioritize user content like Megas, battle changes over such "side"-projects. The "client-update" was a huge update that was required to fix the massive server issues. It took over 4 months to deploy this update. Just check out the change-log: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/3146-update-logs/?do=findComment&comment=987291 It's clearly my fault. I made stupid promises. Sometimes I'm really hyped about something and then something urgent like a bug or server crash come up and I already forget the hype stuff. Sorry for that @Electrocute4u @Scara@diljitsandhu1 point

Hello, @Belzebel. I will divide this post in different parts in order to provide as much clarification as possible, pre-announcing that it will include details in order to support the statements that will be done. Unfortunately, the way ban and appeal works is something you have never been able to grasp despite I have tried to explain you them several times, both when you were within the staff team and as well outside. The problem starts in the first place when you say "quick to ban", making it sound in a bad thing, for the simple reason that you have no clue about how bans works despite I explained you several times every time you were getting punished for something and even in other moments. Warning exists, but there are few variables that affect how and if they are issued. I have already explained you them several times, but lets mention some here: The rule that is being violated: For Chat Infraction & Trade Infraction, if sending a warning here or not is totally and entirely situational cause there are both big and small infractions in both. Chat Infraction Making the example of something small, like it can be a little spam, we generally just issue a warning if the user has never broken rules before. If the user has already broken rules before, and therefore this means he already is familiar with rules and specially already received a warning for something else before, we issue a mute ban. For something heavier, for example involving racism like it can be «"Ehi you all nigga should die"» or, making a non-racist example, something like «"you fucking retard go fucking die you bastard», which is obviously way more serious and unacceptable, we just issue a mute ban directly without any previous warning. The reason why there is a division between the severity of the infraction is obvious, where one is a little thing that does not damage anyone or, if it does, is something small, and the other (racist/insult, etc) is something that affect the whole community and damages it. Trade Infraction Exactly like Chat Infractions, even here there are infractions more serious than others. A small Trade Infraction could simply be a user advertising a pokemon wrongly (eexample saying he sell a pokemon saying it's all +20 when in reality its stats are below), while a bigger one is a succesful scam. First is a warning, remembering the fact that warning are issued only if you have not received any punishment before, cause if you did then you should have familiarized with the rules and also have already received a warn, while the second instead (succesful scam) is a direct trade ban for X days. Even here, the reason is simple. in the second one is a real damage to a player that sometimes cannot even be reversed if not reported on time/fast and therefore deserves a direct trade ban while in the first a direct trade ban is not needed (remembering the previous punishment stuff) as the damage is something really small. GM Infraction Giving that GM handles the most serious infractions possible, warnings before ban do not exists here or are really really rare. Some of the serious things GM handle are: Real Money Trading (accounts, item, pokemons being sold or bought for real-life money which also harm and destroy economy), Unauthorized Software (usage of illegal software to gain unfair advantage over other players and also harm and destroy the economy), Bug Abusing (abusing of possible bugs to gain unfair advantage over other users and destroy economy, there was a issue in 2018 were people could duplicate Coin Capsule for example). None of these things deserve a warn before ban. Imagine someone duplicating Coin Capsules (like happened in 2018) on purpose and starting to sell them. Going there and telling them «"Ehi, saw you are bug abusing and selling the products of it, can you just stop please?"» after the user gained millions after selling bug abused things. It would be incredibly stupid and totally unfair toward the honest players. Same goes toward someone who is using Macro (unauthorized software) to farm money or pokemon for hours while being outside of home. What do you tell them? «"Ehi, sorry for the disturb, saw you using macro and farmed 3 millions and also caught a epic charmander while you were sleeping, just don't do it anymore, ok?"» It would be totally unfair toward honest players who farmed hard to obtain those things. No need to say but if the users in the appeal are honest and cooperative, and the damage they brought/did can be removed (example they farmed 5 millions pokedollars with macro, and they still have them so they can be removed) then we will obviously offer a second chance if that's their first infractions. The punishment history of the user: If someone has already previous punishments received, the user should be already well aware of the rules and have familiarized with them, specially since they should have received already a warn or got told by staff to familiarized with rules during the appeal. I mean, rules in general should be read before playing if we would like to be technically true, but we are anyway kind enough to issue just a warning at the first infraction and remind users to familiarize with them. Some appeals mainly take long time for two (or three, although third is really small) reasons: Infraction is a really problematic and big one (for example Account Hacks and RMT) User has a really long punishment history, on multiple platform (game, official pro discord, official tournaments discord + other stuff like spreading lies to incite riots toward staff) and therefore we need to understand what and how we want to actually proceed. Smallest of the things, Staff members being volunteers and therefore having like 3 hours available today, maybe 6 tomorrow and maybe only 1 the next day. Teerav was a moderation staff member in the past, you can ask him about the activity time, where there are people who can just handle 2 hours a day, which seems a lot but is not. But lets go down and make an example of a really problematic case, making a GM one for example, which is probably the most known complaint: Example: PlayerA starts to sell their account goods in change of real-life money (EUR/USD just to give an example). He sells 500.000 pokedollars and 9 pokemon to 10 different users. Yes, what just described looks incredibly messed up, however that's how 95% of the RMT cases are. In this case what we do in the first place is banning all the seller accounts (obviously) and then start to check all his trade logs of all his accounts from A to Z (even past one that might be 1 year before the RMT happened) to find every single user he sold the items to, and the trades that looks suspicious and investigate them. Now that we handled the seller, it's time for the buyers. Who bought from PlayerA(seller) is potentially involved in other RMTs, we cannot know until we find. So GM will go and check all the trade logs of the buyers cause maybe the buyer decided to move the bought goods on his alt accounts to hide them. Now lets suppose that the buyer has 3 accounts, this means that GM will have to go and check all the trades and connections in those 3 accounts where maybe the user did hundred trades in his game-life. Multiply that for the 10 different buyers and each buyer has 2-3 accounts (even if, as staff, most of the rmters have even more than 3-4), this means you will have to check all the trades and connections of 25-35 accounts (seller included). In the end, during the appeal, the user will be asked to be honest and cooperative and we will have to verify everything he says with the data we obtained. We are pretty kind during appeals, to my opinion, to the point where people deny even speedhacking despite they do that in front of other 50 players and get reported by 10 of them but we still give them more chances to be honest so we can offer them another chance to play with their account. Few months ago, our GMs found a mass RMTer group that had sold more than 800 millions pokedollars in total and the account to check were more than 155, which takes even more than a week. If a player trust or not a staff member, it really does not mean the staff member is actually unprofessional or handle the case wrongly. The only times where a staff member is not allowed to handle a punishment is when the said staff member is the one being involved. For example, is someone start to say "Keita is a fucking retarded idiot", I will not handle it myself but pass it to someone else. Here below the evidence: Really important as well that the reason you are not able to pick another MOD to handle your appeal is exactly what you have done, Belzebel, by playing the staff roulette and showing how much abusive that can be. You first were unsatisfied with Qeight; So you came to me (Keita/Shinohara), which was fine to a certain point despite Qeight did not abuse power or punished you wrongly (and 10 different admins from 2018, period Qeight joined, until now can confirm you that, Red/Sugar/Mage/Arkos/Eaty-Walross/Shaolan-Cames/Fluffles/Xylos/Shinohara/Logan/, so I don't understand why you say different unless you think all of us are blind). After that you were even unsatisfied with me (for the ban with the viadinho), which in the future evolved even in starting trashtalking me as well using as well racist terms and spreading lies about me (we'll get to this point later), therefore Walross talked to you about your behaviour (you were still in staff). After Walross, months later, in order to explain you the OnlyFans and what was wrong with having it in our community, Ehkoe intervened to help (both as your friend and as well as staff) and talk to you. All of this in the last year of course (2020), however if we consider even before than 2020 then more than 8 different staff members handled your punishments, and you always complained about them. Also, that number without counting all the one that actually warned you within the staff about your behaviour issues like you jumping within discussions about PVP (when we were still deciding it within staff and had not a council) and calling brainless people that had a different opinion than you and then calling them sexist after they asked you nicely and kind to refrain from coming out of nowhere and start insulting or disrespecting people calling them brainless for using a specific pvp style, as that's unnecessary and not productive. Just leaving a little part of it here, to give context, but not gonna go further as it's unneeded and the aim is not shaming or similar but just explaining that a lot of the things you see are just reaction after the staff team (not only qeight) just is not able to absorb unjustified insults and hate anymore. I mean, you were the first staff member in history that needed to be muted on the staff discord due to the continuous insults toward other staff. In no mean this is meant to insult you, obviously, but what you always did and shown was that you just played the Staff Roulette and looked for a staff member who actually agree with your vision and not a staff member who handle your case fairly and justly as it's correct to be. As for the appeal that was locked, it was not locked immediately but you were given an accurate explanation on why you were banned, shown you evidences as well of when you got warned about the topic (warned before the ban, out of kindness, so you had time to not commit that infraction anymore despite you had already more than 15 in total). You however tried to force a change of MOD and ignore the appeal itself, despite as I explained above it's just not possible to change MOD for the reason mentioned above plus the fact of how you abused that "want a different mod" system or the complaint in general about who was banning you/the bans you were receiving from different people. Appeal was therefore locked in the moment you were not cooperative and just pretended us to once again do what you want. No, staff member are not allowed to call others idiot. But, at the same time, players are not allowed to do the same. Please, refer to this post I made before for some extra detail about the first part: HERE (Written by Shinohara) and HERE (written by Walross) and then keep reading here. Qeight/Felix way of addressing the whole hate toward him has been wrong as he used a wrong language, but he reached a point where I think that he's totally right in being really mad about the way he's being treated. You specially Belzebel throw a lot of hate toward staff, and this is easy to prove just by watching your videos where not only spread lies and trashtalk but also target people (despite you complained in the past where some player did it with you). I will literally make an easy example here about it. In the past, in a private discord, I mentioned not being a fan of onlyfans and I preferred it not existing for various reasons (I still think it like that and will add reasons below), and stating that's different, in my opinion, than a porn actor/ess career. Reasons for that thought are literally these (as stated as well to a friend I talked with few days ago): However, you literally took my statement about it should not exists and transformed it into: Put into a Google Doc and sent it into a guild discord with more than 2500 users inside. (and later said google doc/screenshot went around the community) All of this is honestly cringe and sad. Also, bias behaviour for the onlyfans ban (discussing your patreon that contains +18 material and even send a warn when you open it)? You were talked by 3 people before getting banned, exactly cause it could have been prevented, but you just ignored and kept doing it.. Lets add as well the fact that, as a person who cared about you in the past, I tried to stop you in 35 different ways from breaking rules even to the point of dedicating you 12 hours in a row to talk with you about explaining you the situation, how you were breaking the rules and how to actually behave and report taunts/provocation from other players without answering to them. As you were ignoring me and keep breaking rules (and since discussing with you when you have a different opinion is just close to be impossible), I just tried to approach Teerav so he could have probably helped you better in understanding that you were just once punishment away from the permanent ban (where banning is something that no staff, and specially me, like doing). I didn't talk to teerav with any bad intention, specially since I never had a bad intention within the PRO related environments. I do this with the community in general, and I can prove it as I have done to you in PM. Last week, a user was starting to break rules and getting worse, so what I did was asking to a friend of this person (within staff) to actually talk to him and block him before it would have gotten to far so we could have both fixed the situation before it was gonna be too late and avoided a ban, since ban sucks specially in situation they can be prevented. However, about it, what did you do? Made this piece of art and spread it. Included this into your google doc and spread that into a community with 2500 PRO players, which later got shared around. This not only is racist for obvious reason (it clearly is as you are using my nationality to judge me) "Japanese sexist culture", regardless the fact you called "sexist" over than 20 staff members even when you were a staff member simply cause they told you to remain respectful if you wanted to participate in discussions and you were replying "Oh yeah, I am a woman so I have to shut up cause I am an object... you are sexist", despite no one ever said anything even minimally close to that (and there were other women in the discussion) but people just asked you to not insult people with a different mindset. Which was followed by further spread of hate: So, in short, no staff should be allowed to behave like this but recently the frustration shown and verbal abuse is literally a result of not being able to absorb anymore all of this hate based on lies and false things. Small mention to the fact on how you created us hundred hours of work by saying in your video by calling it HOW TO GET UNBANNED saying that all the banned people should go and appeal again mentioning they felt humiliated by staff. Despite they had already appealed and complained already in the past, and I mention past cause you made people spam that stuff in more than 300 people all with the same copy paste message you passed them that had already their case solved and complain reviewed and handled by one of the admin/leader in the last 4 years. This is just the tip of the iceberg obviously, but this is not the place aimed at pointing out everything unless further spread of lies are done where it will be necessary to point out any false-accuse and just say the truth done to avoid people being innocently being put in the bad light. The same happen with players obviously, which is why I had no problems in mentioning Rise (a former staff member we kicked) who damaged players by power abusing. In my eyes there is not just black or white, regardless if it's player or staff, truth is necessary and the spreading of lies and false accusation to put people in a bad light is just wrong. I will also make you other examples here below to make you understand what I mean with player unjustified hate. As I mentioned them in another post, I will simply put them in a spoiler so they are easier to close for the one who read them already: Already addressed this Staff Roulette above and how much abusive it can be. Action will be taken only if the staff member is directly involved in the case (e.g If you in-game insult me, I cannot ban and handle the case and I have given example above) or they abused power (in that case will be removed if there are evidences to support that claim, since we don't punish someone only cause player says stuff but is not able to prove it and on our logs everything is fine) or they have misused power or treated the banned user wrongly due to personal reasons or similar. However, none of that happened until now in the case you mentioned. Or, if it happened, then 10 different admins (Red, Arkos, Sugar, Mage, Eaty/Walross, Shaolan/Cames, Fluffles, Xylos, me-Shinohara and Logan) from 2018 until today are totally unaware of it and I invite you to properly report it. Please, read as well the link I passed in the second part of the post HERE (Written by Shinohara) and HERE (written by Walross) cause they are important and address things that I didn't repeat just to avoid a 30 kilometre post. Kind regards, - Keita1 point

I noticed some staff are very quick to ban, sometimes with no warning, but take ages to handle appeals. Why? I would like to suggest that, if you are gonna ban someone, why not make sure to be around to handle the appeal in the same day? Or at least before the temporary ban ends, preferable within a week after banning. PRO have lots of mods, it doesn't seem to be an impossible request. Another question: Why can't I request another mod to handle my appeals if I don't trust the one doing so? I noticed poor behaviour from one of the staff and wish not to have this staff handling my appeal. And I requested that, he closed the appeal. Lemme know if you want me to name them. Also, why are staff allowed to call players "idiot" or taunt them? I saw Teerav quoting something said by a staff, and he was taunted and called stupid for that. They also avoided talking about the relevant subject Teerav quoted. Other staff ganked in to defend the staff. Pretty immature behaviour. Was something done about it? Or is it just allowed? Lemme know if you want screenshots. If the majority of the players do not appreciate how a staff is treating us or handling situations, will something be done about it? Or are we going to be ignored? Will this thread be another one of those to let players express themselves but nothing will be done about it? Please, lemme know before keep investing time in this game. Thank you for your time.1 point

Last thread became a talk about Staff & Belzebel relationship. I never had issue with staff, in fact, I always said PRO, comparing it to other games I played, had one of the best staff I've seen. We all agree the charmander World Quest was a complete disaster. Of course, this was something that wasn't too easy to handle. They made another WQ, which was awesome, if not for: 1. They manage the numbers, they knew it was impossible. 2. They made fun of us after not completing it through a system link, showing this image. I wasn't going to rant until that system message popped up. You are basically laughing at us. Now imagine someone who plays casually because he doesn't have much time, but still loves the game. Imagine he scheduled his time so he was free for 1st WQ. Well, bad luck, he could not do it because of all of the crashes, nothing to do here. Surprise, good news! There's another WQ to "compensate" the last one. Somehow he finds the time to play, and spend 3-4 hours to complete it, just for the goal to not be met. Well, yeah, that's how the system works, I would say, if it wasn't because of the points I mentioned above. I'm not asking them to give us a ticket, or any compensation (although many probably should get one because of the time spent). I'm only ranting about their burlesque attitude, which, if you ask me, doesn't improve the staff - player relationship.0 points
